"Truth or dare?" John B asked JJ.
Immediately JJ replied, "Dare." He leaned back against the palm tree behind him putting his hands behind his head.
John B looked around the beach they sat upon. The golden waters glistening as the sun set behind the pogues.
"Hmm," he tapped his index finger to his chin. "I dare you to jump off that cliff over there." He gestured with his head to the tall cliff in the distance.
"Whoa that's way too high-" Kiara spoke but JJ interrupted her.
"Done." JJ stood up immediately pulling off his shirt before trudging and climbing his way to the cliff.
"JJ, please be careful!" Blair pleaded to her friend and she stood up and watched him cautiously.
Pope stood up as well crossing his arms, "Please, the dude has never been careful once in his life."
JJ reached the cliff quickly and made his way toward the edge. John B stood as well snaking an arm around Blair's waist and pulling her close.
"Wooo! Let's go JJ!" He cheered for his friend as Blair tried to contain her smile by covering her hands over her mouth. Excitement and nerves took over her as she watched JJ hype himself up at the edge.
Kiara and Pope chimed in as well with their cheering and before they knew it JJ was charging to the end of the cliff and he was airborne.
"Woohooohooo!" JJ yelled before he broke the surface of the crashing waves.
Blair let out a sigh of relief as soon as he resurfaced cheering again. The three pogues clapped and cheered for their friend as he strode back to his spot on the sand.
He shook his hair like a wet dog completely soaking Kiara but Blair quickly dodged the drops of salt water. "Hey, watch it." She said with a laugh.
Pope added another bundle of sticks to the fire as they sat around it again. The sun now descended even lower bringing a warm shade of pink to the skies.
"Alright B, truth or dare?" Pope spoke to the girl.
She thought for a moment before she shrugged and said, "Truth."
"If you could go back to that day in Australia, would you still go into that cave?" He asked.
There was a small moment of silence amongst them. Blair was lost in thought as the four pogues looked to her.
She finally met eyes with John B for a second before she spoke looking to them. "I wouldn't change what happened to me. I know it's definitely caused us a lot of trouble but truthfully this has been the most amazing summer ever, mostly because I get to experience it all with you guys." She smiled to them.
"Awww B," Kiara smiled and gave her cousin a side hug which Blair gladly returned. "And you're absolutely right, this summer has been epic."
"Actually, I'd say epic would be an understatement." John B spoke sending Blair a small wink causing a blush to appear on her cheeks.
