By 1935 all of Germany Romania Italy are either under fascist control or heavily influenced by fascists. The Rhine land has been remilitarized Germany has been litteraly rearmed from the humiliation of the treaty they swear that they should never have to be put on their knees for the western powers we'll see how that goes
In the meantime Russia is under Bolshevik rule but some successes did come from the civil war such as Lithuania,Latvia,Bessarabia (united with Romania) and makeshift nordics Estonia tbh not that great as there were more than 20 factions fighting in the civil war.
