At chachi's house, we can see nandu, who ran into her room as she locked the door and navya and chachi started banging the door when mukti came and said to leave her alone for some time as it is related to manik.

Mukti looked at rishabh and ruffled his head just like manik used to do,

Mukti- don't worry, she will be alright, she need to let her emotions out, navya. You also need rest. You can't stress out as you're pregnant

Mukti and navya, however, told them what had happened in the meanwhile and hearing this even chachi was heartbroken as he was her favorite person.

In nandini room
We can see nandini, who is sitting on the floor, as she took manik picture that she had framed in her hand as she caressed manik face, tears started running down on her face

She wrapped her hand around her knees with manik picture closed to his heart, as she whispered no, you couldn't leave me alone. You promised me you would be with me, humesha, forever

Soon, she started feeling suffocating when she saw manik standing near the door looking at her folding his arm with a smile on his face,

When he said im not leaving you and go anywhere ,im always with you humesha ,making her smile, but then he vanished, making her scream for manikk

Her scream could be heard by everyone who was outside, making them worried, chachi went to bring the key and open the door and seeing her in that condition broke everyone heart.

The girl who was filled with life and happiness is broken and suffering now

Mukti told rishabh to go, and he rushed and hugged her ,feeling his presence nandini hugged him as she sobbed, making everyone eyes held tears.

Well, 2 week pass like this, and alya and dhruv never left a minute to taunt them, especially if they saw them anywhere even if their meet is accidental.

Nandini started talking to others, but her smile was not the same as its fake, and everyone understood that and never forced her knowing her situation

Mukti, navya, and rishabh stand strong for her because seeing her like that breaks them.

One day, nandini was with rishabh when she fainted, making rishabh run out of his room, and seeing him, they rushed to the room.

They rushed to the hospital, and nandini was taken inside as they all waited outside impatiently.

After some time, doctor came out, and mukti rushed up to him and asked about nandini conditions

The doctor said that she is weak and needs rest with care and love and also said

Doctor -  sorry to say, but she needs perfect care because her body is weak. However, she needs to take care because she  has two life inside it's not about her life alone

Mukti- meaning

Doctor - she is pregnant with twins, and one is weak, so keep her away from stress, and yah I'll write some tablet that she needs to take.
