"Yes, Innes?" she asked him, before her eyes fell upon the Vegimals, too.

Innes' brain finally grasped the truth, and he let out a horrified scream, with Bluebell screaming louder and the Vegimals joining in for good measure.

Silence fell a minute later as a rock crashed through a window behind the bath, hitting Innes hard on the head, knocking him over and making him disappear beneath the bathwater.

Once he resurfaced, gasping and spluttering for air, he picked it up and saw that the rock had Aulornan writing on it, which read:

Eil Viouler Wíl Lieur

That was quickly translated to:

The Ship Is Fake

Immediately, all five of the Vegimals climbed out of the window and escaped the building, while Bluebell looked on in bewilderment as she came to Innes' aid.

"Innes! Are you alright?" she asked him, as he glared at her furiously.

"Of course I'm not alright!" he roared at her. "I've just been massaged by a turnip! And the Octopod that that snake of a king brought us is fake! FAKE!"

The Vegimals had finally caught up with the others, and they were finally making their escape, meandering through the many twists and turns deep in the forests, not focusing on anything else other than escaping the Slaves. However, they came to a halt and their heads shot up high when they heard thundering booming footsteps, which happened to belong to dragons - the ones that they and Vivi saw sleeping while they were on the stream in the cave.

As they continued running, a shadow of one dragon's foot cast over Inkling, preparing itself to step on the octopus until he brandished out his Cephalozard staff and cast the levitation spell, lifting the dragon upwards and away from the crew.

They set off again, hoping for no further halts or stops along the way, only noticing a tiny glimpse of Patricia leaping out from the bushes unexpectedly with the treasures and their Gates.

"Patricia?" Ollum asked, unable to believe she was really there.

"Here, take these!" She threw the treasures and the Gates at them, which they all caught in their hands. "You'll need them for after you've fought off the dragons!"

"Thanks!" Dashi said with a grateful smile.

"You're all very welcome!" Patricia replied. "What else do you all need?"

"To get back to the Octopod!" Barnacles yelled determinedly, without an explanation.

The Octopod? Patricia thought to herself. What in Aeseganora is the Octopod?

There was no time to ask them that question - they needed to get there as soon as possible, and it didn't matter that the dragons were trying to crush them.

"Got it!" she said, before unleashing a manta ray friend of hers. "Climb on!"

From the looks of things, they didn't really have much of a choice but to climb on, so that's what they all did. They ran under canopies of trees, disappearing from the dragons for a moment, allowing them to get ahead as the dragons sightlessly searched for them. The manta ray emerged from the bushes and headed up a slope which led to the Rainbow mist.

The Octonauts saw that the mist wasn't in very good shape since they came through it when they all arrived in Aeseganora. With Ollum clutching the tip of a really long blade of grass to use as a rope, they leaped off of the manta ray and swung up to the mist - and within seconds, they had vanished into the colourful depths.
