"Are you listening, ma belle?" Kai's voice broke me out of my thoughts. I shook my head and groaned while rubbing my forehead, "Yeah, yeah. I'm listening."

It's been two days since that day and I'm thinking about it nonstop. My face heats up everytime I remember how Damien gripped my chin to made me look at him. My stomach does something whenever I remember his husy voice and what he said.

"𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘵."

"𝘈 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩, 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺."

"Okay, that's enough. What are you thinking 𝘢𝘯𝘥 blushing about?" Kai slammed his hand on the table, not too loud but loud enough to make me flinch. We are having lunch at the cafeteria and he's talking about something that happened to his friend. Something about brain and nerves since we both are neurology students.

I looked at Kai's raised eyebrow expression and sighed. "I'm not thinking about anything 𝘢𝘯𝘥 most certainly I'm not blushing over anything." I rolled my eyes at him dismissively but I know that Kai gets very protective if I get myself around any guy.

𝘋𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘨𝘶𝘺.

"Oh really? Then can you tell me what I was talking about?" Kai interlocked his fingers and put his chin over them with a questioning look. "Erm...your friend is crazy and you fixed his brain?" I gussed with an awkward smile, Kai shook his head like a disappointed father "You absolutely didn't listened what I said. Then can you tell me why your face is red? And it's not hot outside by the way." I open and closed my mouth like a fish, "My face is 𝘯𝘰𝘵 red!" I put my palms on my cheeks and changed the subject.

Two days. It's been two days since a sober Rain walked out of my penthouse. It's been two days since a drunk Rain called me sexy. It's been two days since a drunk Rain called me by my name for the first time. It's been two days since a drunk Rain begged me to kiss her.

And it's been two days since I've been obsessing over the way my name rolled out of her tongue.

I groaned in frustration and rubbed my hand over my face. Ethan raised an eyebrow at me "Something's bothering you, dear little brother?" I cringed at that 'little brother' pet name.

"Don't call me that." I groaned for hundredth time, Ethan smirked at me "Thinking about any woman, Damien?"

𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘩, 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳.

I pressed my lipd in a thin line as I looked down at a file in my hands that I've been looking at for past forty minutes. "No." I replied flatly because what the fuck am I gonna even say? If I tell him 'yes' then he'll ask who is this woman, why am I thinking about her, finally I'm thinking about a woman other than my work.

"No? Why are you lying?" Ethan asked with furrow brows, "I'm your only best friend and you're lying to 𝘮𝘦??" he pointed at himself and I slammed down the file on my desk "I'm going home. Handle the rest." I groaned and stand up to button up my suit, "What?! You're going home? 𝘠𝘰𝘶?! 𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦?! 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺?! 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥?! Who are you and what have you done to my best friend?!" Ethand gaped at me and I just rolled my eyes, "Bye, Smith." I walked out of our office without any words.

I tap my fingers on the steering wheel of my car while waiting in a traffic, my gaze is out of the window...

"𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥, 𝘔𝘳. 𝘊𝘢𝘳-𝘋𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘯...?"

"𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺, 𝘋𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘯..."

"𝘋𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘦𝘯..."

𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘯 𝘪𝘵.
