Script 21: Shatter

Her teammates didn't want to be left inside the gymnasium and they followed her out as Yunjin was sent to an infirmary.

"That was so fucked up. They're so fucking shameless!" It was Sieun who spoke up. She was seething in anger as they all stood outside. It didn't help that it was hot out. The sun was shining brightly in the sky, the heat was only fueling their growing anger.

"I mean- come on, they're so fucking brave to injure someone in front of the whole gymnasium! They think they could get away with this??" Sakura had her jaws clenched as Sieun went on and on about how pissed off she is and how stupid the other basketball team was for pulling such a dirty trick.

"Well, I've already expected them to play dirty." Soobin comments as he wipes the sweat on his forehead.

They see everyone else exit the gymnasium. The others gossiping about it as they left. The only person that was quiet all throughout this was Chaewon.

It wasn't because she didn't care. It was because everything has yet to sink in for her. She has yet to fully grasp and process what had happened between her and Yunjin at the resort and now she sees Yunjin getting injured and crushed by three basketball players in the middle of the game.

It's not really an ideal thing to see after the same person confessed to you out of frustration.

As a matter of fact, she was very worried at the moment. She just didn't know how to react. She didn't know how to express that she cares about Yunjin and that she wants to know if Yunjin was alright.

She didn't know what to say, so she stood there, staring at the ground as she heard all her friends express their frustrations about the whole situation.

Sieun was the most pissed off out of all of them. Understandably so.

She had already lost Jaeyun for the play and they had to find a replacement for him in such a short amount of time. They cannot afford to lose Yunjin, too. And aside from that fact, Sieun had already hated ACE Academy way before because of the issues they keep on hearing about the academy and its teams and clubs.

At least 60% of that damned Academy's population was problematic; there would always be new issues and drama every damn week.

They didn't need to get dragged along with them for this week's new issue. "When I get my hands on those assholes that planned this shit, I swear to fucking God they will not be able to go home untouched!"

"Sieun, calm down..." Sakura says with a sigh. She gets Sieun, she really does but if she ever acts up now, they surely would be dragged along with ACE Academy. They were already lucky enough to have been saved by Soobin from the incident back at the resort. They would not be able to dodge this bullet if they ever fight back.

ACE Academy's name is tarnished at this point.

And with SCE Academy's slowly rising popularity, they need to stay clear. "We should let the people in charge deal with this. Let's not do things that we would surely regret in the end."

With that, Sieun sighs. Swallowing the lump in her throat as if swallowing the bad words and empty threats that she was ready to spew out along with it.

Before any of them could even talk, the cheerleaders and the photography club members all came out from the gymnasium door. They were now all in the hallway as Jimin came out with a worried look on her face.

"They're all sick in the fucking head!" Sumin could not contain her emotions any longer as she stood beside Jimin.

"I caught everything in my camera... is it insensitive of me to be asking if we could make a paper out of this?" Jungwon fiddled with his camera before letting it dangle from his neck.
