Chapter 3: Training

After two months I'm with Ubuyashiki family, they seems treat me like family. I don't mind if they treat me like this way but I will make sure to pay their kindness one day

"Aki nii-san" Akito look at beside him and found the second oldest twin, Nichika called him. Akito having a sword practice with wooden sword, he already told them about him to become swordman and they approved, even there a little argument

"Otou-san called you" said her, Akito nodded and goes to his sister. "Are you good, Nichika? How about others?" asked him

"I'm fine, Nii-san. Hinaki nee-san with Otou-san, Kuina with Okaa-san and Kiriya and Kanata at Final selection to welcoming a new slayers" answered her

A calm breeze of wind hit a man face, he have a weird illness at his face, it been for generation in his family, at his side his daughter holding his hand as they waiting for someone

"Ah, you are here Akito" said that man as he still look at foward, he is blind now and he don't know how his step-son look like however he really grateful with his kindness, intelligent and talents

Kagaya gestured his daughter to let go as he having a talk with Akito. His daughter, Hinaki followed what his father want, she let his hand go and then Nichika followed after her sister

"How about we having a talk" said Kagaya as Akito nodded and take Kagaya's hand as they begin to walk at the small pond at backyard

"Akito it's been 2 months you here and I'm grateful for your existance here. You help me alot, it's seems like you have experienced being a leader and I really grateful of that" said Kagaya as he and Akito passing a small lake

"No, I'm should the one who say that, Otou-san. You help me and supported my dream to become one of Demon Slayer crops, that's the only one I can do to pay a kindness you and others have done" replied him, then Kagaya stopped walking as Akito stopped as well

A breeze hit them and make their hair followed by a wind flow, "It's felt calm, it is?" asked Kagaya. Akito nodded to him, "Yes"

"However, I hope you be ready, the next Final selection is next four months. I hope you are ready and come here safety" said Kagaya, Akito look at him, "I will, Otou-san"

After have a talk with Otou-san, I keep training until my muscle burn and hardening also sometimes I will cough of blood

It made Okaa-san worried also my other siblings, they scolded me. If I not following what they are said, they will punish me for a month and, of course I followed what they are saying, punish one month is worsen than rest my body for whole day

Sometimes I wonder to myself, how can I be so good in this sword thing? I never touch it before or it have connection with my past? Also even I have a bruises, it slowly get better, even my palms, which I swing the swords multiple time look normal, like I was never take a train at all

However, I keep training myself until I created my own breathing style, Dark breathing. During a weeks I spend my time to create a new forms as I discovered I can made another breathing style, such as Steel and Soul.

I think I can create another breathing style but one thing played in my mind, how can I still survived without my lung explode? Ignore that

"Nii-san" I turns my head to that voice, Kiriya. "There something you want to ask, Kiriya?" I asked him as he only show a smile of doll

"It's nothing, just I want to say thanks you for teach me about Otou-san lesson last week" said him and I only smile at him

"It's nothing, Kiriya. The Demon Slayer crops need a leader after Otou-san" I said to him and I think he understand what am I said without explain it more

"Are you felt uneasy with something, Kiriya?" I asked him and I can see he tensed, even a little bit

"It's okey if you don't want tell me. I don't mind" I said to him as I come closer to him and pat his head, I think he have a problem with leader topic

"Remember everyone can be a leader, Kiriya even they are are weak or strong, leader is only a title who able to keep stand with heavy responsibility, I believe you can do it, Kiriya. You are a leader and I believe you can do your best" I said to him as he look at me with amazed look

I chuckled to him, "Let's go, I think Okaa-san will call us in few second" as I said that, he let out a chuckles as he and I holding our hand together

Kiriya actually really amazed and envy about Akito's talent. He only read about to swing a sword through a book, he surely a fast learner. Even he not actually a bloodline of Ubuyashiki, Kiriya think Akito should be the next leader of Demon Slayer corps than him
