Chapter 11. [End]

Start from the beginning

"Wait love, don't cry! I didn't think you'd be this worried. Come here." Llewyn opened his arms and Aiden lightly hugged him making sure not to apply any pressure. Llewyn ran a hair through the alpha's long hair which unlike its usual silky texture was tangled and knotted. Aiden's skin was also rough and his lips drier than even the omega's.

"Oh wait, I- I haven't taken a- a bath yet. Wait let me-" Aiden tried to say but Llewyn hugged him tighter not letting him escape his embrace.

"You think I care about that? I just want to be around my alpha. You're not allowed to leave unless you want to go to freshen up for your sake. Don't worry about me."

For a moment they remained in silence surrounded by a wall of their pheromones. It was like the calm after an storm when the rain had stopped and dew drops made flowers glisten and the smell of pure earth resonated everywhere. Llewyn could have stayed like that forever but he knew his alpha needed some rest.

"I can wait for the details or ask someone else. Right now I need you to rest, ok love?"

"Not until I see you rest first sunshine. You're not tricking me. I'll use my pheromones to persuade you if I want to."

"You threatening me is so cute like a kitten barring his teeth."

"I'm not joking here Llewyn. I won't rest until I see you safely tucked in."

"Fine, only because it's my dear alpha's request."

"And your dear alpha will reward you sunshine. Do you want anything?"

"Maybe some rope, the good kind that won't hurt the skin."

"You know I won't run away again right sunshine?"

"Oh I know that love. But I'm also in mood for some steamy s-"

"Llewyn!"

"Fine."

After another two days Llewyn was finally allowed to walk and move about by himself. "You guys are seriously underestimating the fact that I'm a knight." Llewyn grumbled to his brother Eden. "And how did our strong knight get into this situation in the first place?" Llewyn sulked. "So what's going to happen to Dexter? How did you guys find me in the first place? I thought that place was very well hidden?"

"First tell me how you got kidnapped. Your suppressants were messed with but that wouldn't be enough to knock you out. I hope you didn't let your guard down just because that guy was your friend!"

"Well, I only found out later that he was the culprit. Before that we had tea and I think that's when he drugged me. I just randomly felt dizzy after I got out of the palace. Must have been a slow acting one."

"You need to be careful! You're a trained knight and you didn't even know your tea was messed with? What were you even doing at the palace?"

"Oh I went to check something; that's how I realized that when Aiden was bumped into, there was no previous blood on the girl or on the box. I would have noticed otherwise but Dexter was supposedly bleeding which meant he got it after Aiden was bumped into. I think he used one of the artifacts to change his appearance and that's why the girl disappeared because she didn't exist in the first place. He probably got that wound from colliding into Aiden to steal the amulet. He was also the only one who could have known the meaning behind it because when Aiden picked me up that night when I was drunk Dexter might have followed us. Also he's pretty good at magic himself, not as much as you but enough to use the artifacts. It was when I figured that out; I lost my consciousness." Llewyn sighed. He was still mad that that had happened.
