hello everyone , these is gonna be fun chapter, enjoyyy

Morning broke with a deceptive calmness, its golden rays filtering through the curtains to cast a warm glow upon the room. Yet, despite the tranquil facade of the new day, the tension between Taehyung and me lingered like an unspoken promise of impending conflict.

I stirred from my restless slumber, the events of the previous night replaying in my mind like a relentless nightmare. The room felt unfamiliar, its walls seemingly closing in around me as I struggled to shake off the remnants of sleep that clung to my weary limbs.

With a sigh, I pushed myself up from the bed, the cool morning air washing over me like a balm to soothe the ache of exhaustion that gnawed at my bones. But even as I attempted to shake off the lethargy that weighed me down, I couldn't escape the feeling of being trapped within the confines of Taehyung's mansion, a prisoner to his whims and desires.

As if on cue, a soft knock sounded at the door, jolting me from my reverie. With a sense of apprehension, I made my way towards the entrance, steeling myself for whatever confrontation awaited on the other side.

I swung the door open, only to be met with the sight of Taehyung standing in the hallway, his expression unreadable as he regarded me with an intensity that sent a shiver down my spine.

"What do you want?" I asked, my voice tinged with a mixture of annoyance and exhaustion.

He arched an eyebrow, a faint smirk playing at the corners of his lips. "Just checking to see if you're still alive," he replied, his tone dripping with sarcasm.

I rolled my eyes, refusing to be baited by his taunts. "Funny, I was just about to ask you the same thing," I shot back, my words laced with thinly veiled contempt.

He chuckled, the sound grating on my nerves like nails on a chalkboard. "Touché," he conceded, his smirk widening into a grin that made my blood boil.

I clenched my fists, struggling to maintain my composure in the face of his infuriating arrogance. "Look, Taehyung, I don't know what game you're playing, but I'm not interested," I said, my voice tight with frustration.

He raised an eyebrow, his gaze piercing through me with an intensity that made my skin crawl. "Who said anything about playing games?" he replied, his tone deceptively casual.

I scoffed, unable to contain my disbelief. "Oh, please. You expect me to believe that you're just here out of the goodness of your heart?" I retorted, my voice dripping with sarcasm.

He shrugged, his expression inscrutable as he regarded me with a look that sent a shiver down my spine. "Believe what you want, sweetheart. But just remember, in a world like this, trust is a luxury you can't afford to lose," he said, his words hanging in the corner of my mind.

Taehyung pov

As I returned to my room, the weight of the morning's events still heavy on my mind, I couldn't shake the feeling of frustration that gnawed at my insides. The betrayal of the man I had trusted to keep Yuna safe was a bitter pill to swallow, and the misunderstanding that had ensued only added fuel to the fire of my annoyance.

I reached for my phone, dialing Jimin's number with a sense of urgency that belied the early hour. After a few rings, he finally answered, his voice groggy with sleep.

"Come to my house," I declared, my tone leaving no room for argument.

"Chill bro, it's early morning. What's the rush?" he replied, his tone laced with confusion.

"Will you come or not?" I pressed, my patience wearing thin.

"Okay, okay, I'll be there in a few minutes," he relented, his tone resigned.

With a sigh of relief, I hung up the phone, knowing that Jimin's presence would help to diffuse the tension that lingered between Yuna and me. Despite our differences, I knew that she trusted him implicitly, and I hoped that his arrival would help to bridge the gap that had formed between us.

While I waited for Jimin to arrive, I decided to take care of my morning routine, hoping that the familiar tasks would help to clear my mind of the turmoil that threatened to consume me.

As I made my way downstairs, I found Jimin and Yuna engaged in conversation, their laughter echoing through the room. Despite the circumstances, I couldn't help but smile at the sight of them together, their easy camaraderie a stark contrast to the tension that had filled the air in my absence.

"Hey bro, you called me in a hurry and now you're just strolling in like nothing happened. How rude," Jimin teased, his eyes twinkling with mischief.

As I exchanged glances with Jimin, his teasing tone hung in the air like a playful challenge. "And why did you even kidnap her?" he jibed, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes.

Suppressing a sigh, I turned to face him, my expression a mix of exasperation and amusement. "I didn't kidnap her," I retorted, my gaze flickering towards Yuna, who was watching me with a mixture of annoyance and curiosity.

Before I could elaborate, Yuna's voice cut through the air like a sharp blade. "Are you sure? Then how am I here early in the morning, ready to make you breakfast?" Her words were laced with frustration, her eyes flashing with unspoken accusations.

Jimin, ever the peacemaker, interjected with a chuckle. "Stop you two. Let's not break the peace so early in the morning. And why did you call me?" he asked, settling onto the sofa beside me, seemingly entertained by the drama unfolding.

Taking a deep breath, I settled into the seat beside Jimin, feeling Yuna's gaze burning into my side. "The guard we assigned for her safety betrayed us," I explained, my voice tinged with frustration at the betrayal we had suffered.

Yuna's expression softened slightly, her eyes clouded with concern. "I saw him calling Mr. Benz," I continued, watching as the realization dawned on her.

"That's why you brought her here," Jimin concluded, his understanding evident as he glanced between us.

I nodded in agreement, noting the tension that lingered in the air between Yuna and me. "And take her shopping. There aren't any female supplies here. I have to go to the office," I announced, rising from my seat and preparing to leave.

"Don't worry, bro. I'll take good care of your girl," Jimin whispered with a smirk as I walked away, his words echoing in my mind as I made my way out of the mansion.

As I stepped outside into the cool morning air, a tumult of emotions swirled within me. Yuna's presence had ignited a fire within me, stirring feelings that I had long suppressed. From the moment we met at her hospital, her presence had captivated me, her strength and determination leaving an indelible mark on my soul.

But as much as I longed to explore these feelings, I knew that the world I lived in was not safe for her. My life was steeped in darkness and danger, and I couldn't risk dragging her into the shadows with me.

Yet, even as I pushed her away, I couldn't shake the feeling that she had already burrowed her way into my heart, leaving me longing for a future that I knew could never be. And as I grappled with the turmoil of my innermost thoughts, I knew that the path ahead would be fraught with uncertainty and danger. But no matter what lay in store, one thing was certain: Yuna had awakened something within me, something that refused to be ignored. And try as I might to deny it, I couldn't escape the truth that I was falling for her, deeper and harder than I ever thought possible.
