When i got there i gave the note to my PE teacher Mr Barton and he gave me smile and told me to sit on the bench which i did, i knew he didnt believe i was sick but as it was a note from another teacher he couldn't question it

The next few hours ran smoothly and it was finally lunch time, i had gotten some next messages from Scarlett but i didnt want to speak to her right now because she was acting like she was my mother when she is not, she is acting like i cant take care of myself when thats what i have been doing for majority of my life, i spoke to Alexa and Harry and they told me that she was only trying to look out for me and i got that but it was so frustrating because i have been doing it by myself for so long i dont know how to let other people in and take care of me

After lunch i saw that i had two bad lessons so i made my way to the reception to sign out ,Carol knew that i wasnt going to last the full day because i came in early but i was thankful that she didnt tell Scarlett that otherwise Scarlett would have camped outside the school to march me back in

It was 1:45 i was only missing two classes that had no use to me so it was fine, i was 5 minutes away from my house when i realised that Scarlett told me that she was going to pick me up from school and take me to work and then pick me up from work

I started work at 4:30 today and finished at 10:30 so it wasnt a bad shift, i loved working in the later hours even though i wasnt given a choice because no one else wanted to do it, it was still fun and peaceful walking back in the dark i found comford in it

I made it back into my room at 2pm and i knew that Scarlett would go to the school at 3:30 to come and get me and i had to figure out a way to make her come here instead of going to school so she doesnt know that i left

I stared at the messages and curled up into a ball on my bed and let myself cry leaving Scarlett on read, i know that i can take care of myself but it would be nice for someone to take care of me, even though i am not an adult i am treated like one because of my emancipation but Scarlett doesnt treat me like that she treats me like i am my age and makes me feel like i am a kid again

The questions wrapped around my brain taking over all my thoughts but the one that stuck with me was
"Should i let Scarlett in?"
