"Never leave me. I don't want to lose either of you,"

Oh, the little rascal wants to break my spark,

"Tex, I will never leave you,"

"You...You stopped talking when mom disappeared...you cut yourself off from all of us...I almost did lose you,"

I felt my spark tug at me as despair flowed through our bond,

"I'm sorry, Tex...I...I couldn't handle losing your mom...I didn't know what to do,"

"Dad, I know you love mom, but she will never leave us...she will always fight to come back home,"

I smiled and put a blanket over him,

"I know,"

I stayed until he fell into recharge and turned off my holo-form. I haven't thought about what my actions did to him. I need to make it up to him. He's my sparkling...I need to make sure he stays himself.

Mazikeen opened her eyes and frowned in confusion as she saw herself before her,

"What?"

D-Mazikeen looked over at something and sighed,

"I know you are watching, Ratch. You and Jazz are not slick,"

Ratchet sighed and walked up to her,

"Maze, it has been a week since the last fight, you need to rest,"

"And I will,"

Ratchet narrowed his optics at her,

"When?"

D-Mazikeen shrugged,

"When I die,"

Ratchet rolled his optics at her,

"I assure you, even when you die, you will not be resting."

D-Mazikeen laughed,

"Probably, but I am almost done!"

Ratchet glanced at her,

"You say that very often. Don't make me call Eddie too,"

Mazikeen frowned in confusion. D-Mazikeen glanced at Ratchet,

"You know as well as I do that Jazz and Eddie don't always get along,"

Ratchet nodded,

"Which is why I will take the risk and call both of them."

D-Mazikeen narrowed her eyes,

"You are lying,"

Ratchet smirked and crossed his arms,

"Do you want to take that chance?"

D-Mazikeen grumbled and put down a device,

"Fine. Just call Jazz over so he can take me to my room,"
