Floaties

28 10 5

You act like all is afloat

while you build yourself a moat

around the barbed wire prison cell

once known as your heart

Kissed the key goodbye

Threw the floaties aside

you think you're better than us?

Yet you use us as a free ride?

Shame us all you want

spread rumors and what-not

Just remember who fed you

and try not to bite the hand

Once you can't cash in our humiliation

for fame from populars anymore

Don't come crawling back to the people who made you

thinking the one's of us still here will welcome you

And when the shits said and done

you'll see not how far you've come

but how it wasn't ever fun

or worth those five minutes of fame

Dragging others down

to pull yourself up

you think you're so tough?

Your drowning with the rest of us
