    He will love and care for them, and give them the love and care their mother is now unable to give them..

     Rin gasped for breath, sweating like he had a high fever, 20 feet in front of him, was a decent sized portal. Satan smiled at it as he gave Rin some water.

    Rin is still human, he needs it..

    "Good job, it took only 36 tries. But 37th times the charm" He said.

    "Please, I bet you got it the first try" Rin said, accepting the water.

    "False, I took longer than you" Satan said.

    "How long?"

    Satan thought "Uh.. Took me a good couple hundred years to get it just right and as effective as it is now" He said.

      Rin was surprised "Then... How did I learn in one day?" 

     "You said quick, and didn't I say it would be rough? The only way you learned so quickly was due to the determination and motivation you had to learn, I didn't have that, I just wanted to control what I knew was rightfully mine, hence why I took so long. Over time I figured what I was doing wrong, and I got it in 6 months" Satan said, fixing the bun that had become so messy it was ready to fall out of his hair-tie.

     Rin nodded, surprised by his answer. Rin was thus anxious.

    "I know we just met today... But would it be way too early to start calling you... Dad?" Rin asked.

    Satan froze, his eyes slightly widened in shock as he looked to Rin, his hair falling out of his hands. Rin looked away, embarrassed and scared for his answer. Satan felt a longing feeling well up in his gut.

    Satan dropped his hands, leaving his hair down, and he rubbed the back of his neck nervously.

    "Only... Only if you want to and don't mind. I don't mind if you start calling me dad. I'm more worried that titles like "Father and Son" would be too quick for you right off the bat" Satan said.

     Rin felt strange again, but he didn't fight it, he nodded.

     "Okay.. I don't mind either... D...Dad" Rin said, feeling light.

    Satan smiled, feeling proud. Then he ruffled up Rin's head after putting him in a friendly headlock. Rin smiled, and ended up playing along.

    "Okay, so now show me what you got fight me, I'll only defend, but attack me with the flames" Satan said.

    Rin nodded, and did just that. Feeling happy, light..

   And just like a child...

     Rin returned to the dorm room, Itadori smiled "Hey, since we defeated that curse, we're leaving tomorrow morning, wanna get packed?" Itadori asked.

    Rin had almost forgotten about that, and nodded, beginning to pack the important things. 

    "So, how was it?"

    "With Dad?"

    Itadori smiled "That well huh?"

    Rin smiled "Yea, it was nice actually, Shiro was cool and taught me many things. But..."
