Nezu called all staff to an emergency meeting regarding the incident at the USJ. Of course, Aizawa and Thirteen were not present due to their injuries and Recovery Girl was taking care of them.

Principal Nezu, with his keen intellect and strategic mind, presided over the meeting, his small stature belying his commanding presence. The room was filled with a mix of tension and determination as the staff members settled into their seats, ready to discuss the recent events at the USJ and the implications for the safety of their students.

"Thank you all for gathering here today," Nezu began, his voice calm yet authoritative. "The USJ incident has shown us that we must be ever-vigilant in protecting our students. We need to assess the situation and formulate a comprehensive plan to ensure their safety."

Present Mic, with his characteristic enthusiasm, chimed in, "Right on, Principal Nezu! We gotta make sure our students are safe and sound!"

Snipe, the stoic cowboy hero, nodded in agreement. "Indeed. We cannot afford to underestimate the threat posed by villains."

Midnight, her confident demeanor unwavering, leaned forward in her seat. "I suggest we bolster security measures around the school premises. We must prevent unauthorized access at all costs."

All Might, the symbol of peace, spoke with urgency in his voice. "We must also prioritize training our students in self-defense. They need to be prepared to face any danger head-on."

Ectoplasm, his expression serious, added, "Emergency drills and evacuation procedures should be reviewed and reinforced. Our students must know how to react swiftly and effectively in crisis situations."

Cementoss, ever the pragmatic thinker, offered his insights. "Additionally, we should consider fortifying the school's defenses. We cannot afford to leave any vulnerabilities exposed."

Hound Dog, loyal and steadfast, barked in agreement. "And we must remain vigilant for any signs of suspicious activity. We cannot allow another attack to catch us off guard."

Nezu nodded, his sharp eyes scanning the room. "Thank you all for your input. Let us work together to ensure the safety and security of our students. They are our top priority."

With a shared sense of purpose, the staff members began to delve into the details of their plan, knowing that the safety of UA's students depended on their vigilance and cooperation.

After the meeting concluded and the other staff members began to filter out of the room, Principal Nezu motioned for Yaze to stay behind. The anthropomorphic principal's sharp eyes gleamed with intelligence as he regarded the young hero.

"Rushito, may I have a word with you?" Nezu asked, his voice carrying a note of seriousness beneath its usual cheerfulness.

Yaze nodded, curious about what the principal had to say. "Of course, Principal Nezu. What can I do for you?"

Nezu clasped his paws together thoughtfully. "During the USJ incident, you displayed remarkable courage and resourcefulness. Your actions did not go unnoticed, and it is clear to me that you possess a unique insight into the world of heroics."

Yaze blinked, taken aback by the unexpected praise. "Thank you, Principal Nezu. I simply did what I thought was right."

"Rushito," Nezu began, his voice carrying the weight of his decision, "I am aware of your esteemed reputation as a hero and your extensive experience in high-pressure situations. However, given the recent events at the USJ, I believe even more assistance is required to adequately teach our students about heroics."

Rushito listened intently, understanding the gravity of Nezu's words. It wasn't just about his proven capabilities as a hero; it was about the additional support he could provide in shaping the future heroes of UA.

"As such," Nezu continued, "I would like to formally extend an offer for you to join the heroics department as an assistant instructor. Your expertise and guidance could prove invaluable in honing the skills of our students and preparing them for the challenges they will face as heroes."

Rushito felt a surge of determination welling up within him. This wasn't just an opportunity to share his knowledge; it was a chance to make a lasting impact on the next generation of heroes.

"I am deeply honored, Principal Nezu," Rushito replied, his voice steady with resolve. "I accept your offer wholeheartedly. I will devote myself to the task of guiding and supporting our students in their journey to becoming exemplary heroes."

Nezu nodded, a look of satisfaction crossing his features. "I have every confidence in your abilities, Rushito. Together, we will ensure that UA continues to uphold its legacy of producing outstanding heroes."

With a firm handshake, the agreement was sealed, marking the beginning of Rushito's new role as a heroics instructor at UA. As he exited the meeting room, a sense of purpose filled his heart, knowing that he had an important role to play in shaping the future of heroism.
