A Place...To call.. My own?

...Loading Chapter Four...

"Well, why can't you? If you don't mind me asking that is..."

        Rin sighed, he was honestly sorta not having it.

       " Listen here, if you wanna be friends, that's fine with me. We can try to be friends but stop asking me questions on why I can or can't do things, all right?" Rin picked his plate up and walked off.

        Itadori felt slightly guilty for asking him questions like that, he hadn't even considered if they are sensitive topic or not. Everyone within the mini dorm cafeteria had stopped there chatting/eating to watch as Rin had slightly stormed off.

        "What happened?" Nobara asked.
 
         "Nothing. I just... I think I might have overstepped my bounds a bit." He said, still looking slightly guilty.

          "It's best to leave him alone." Megumi said.

           "Why's that?" Itadori asked.
 
           "I know people like him. He's hurting, something right now is causing him major pain, and he's trying to distance himself to lessen that pain. He agreed to be your friend,  but he's not going to get close to you. Not even as close as acquaintances are" Megumi said.
  
            "That would explain his odd behavior from the moment I we met him" Nobara commented.

           Itadori thought about what Megumi said, he looked back at him.

           "Then if you know, what should I do? Apologize?"

          "That would be ideal, but let him be for a while, something clearly is weighing heavily on him. He needs time to himself for a while" Megumi continued to eat his food.

         Itadori nodded. He still couldn't help but feel guilty for prying like that and not asking for permission to even ask these questions. Gojo stood up, looking serious.

      "I'll go make sure he's alright at least, continue eating children, once you are done eating, we'll wait until nightfall to go curse hunting." He said then walking off.

      The three students nodded and continued eating as Gojo left to go look for Rin.

    Rin hid in a random room, sitting on the unused bed as he ate and scrolled on his phone, looking at whatever was interesting at the moment. He heard footsteps, he figured that whoever it was was just gonna walk by, hell, he doubted if anyone knew Rin was hiding here.

     But the footsteps had not passed. Whoever it was stood in front of the door. Rin mentally rolled his eyes, was he just that lucky that he decided to hide out in a room that one of Gojo, Megumi, or Nobara were gonna choose?

    The person then knocked on the door.

    "Rin?" It was Gojo's voice.

     Rin stayed silent, thinking he'll just go away if Rin pretended that he wasn't there.

     "Rin, I know you're in there, I may act and look it, but I'm not dumb" He said, his voice deep, but caring and understanding.

     Rin watched the shadow under the door, seemed Gojo decided to have a seat there.

     "Come here and sit behind me, you don't have to talk, but listen to what I have to say" He said.

       Rin thought about it, but sighed silently and got up from the bed. Gojo heard the ruffle sounds of someone getting off a bed, and faint footsteps getting closer before hearing Rin sat on the other side of the door, back resting against the door.

    "....What?" Rin asked, sounding tired of everyone and everything.

     Megumi was correct, something is indeed hurting and weighing a lot on Rin.
