She's not here.
Not at her favourite playground. Not at her school. She's not anywhere .
Landing on the roof of the little white house, Shoko, now transformed into Mew, looks over her city, searching for any sign of Yuzuru. But the streets stay empty in the slowly growing snowstorm. The only sign of life she can see is the lights glowing out of every window that peak into a world of warm smiling faces, like photographs of a family on an old gravestone.
She curls up into a ball and looks up to her apartment building on the other side of the river. Below her, however, are the broken tiles she made when she crashed into this house last night.
Maybe she should just give up. After all, she's doing the exact thing she told Yuzuru not to do. How can she insist that the best thing for Yuzuru is to completely cut her out of her life yet chase her so adamantly. How hypocritical. But she can't let Yuzuru be wondering around in this storm. She's supposed to be a hero. She has to save her.
If she can't even do that, then why should she be welding a miraculous in the first place?
