In 2055, half of the earth is no longer habitable. So, governments all around the world agrees to divide the people into 3 sections. Section 1 for the rich. Section 2 for the middle class. Section 3 for the poor. These people are not treated equally. The poor gets to live in the unhabitable zone of the earth meanwhile the rich stays inside the habitable zone.
