VAL'S PANIC; in 1970 Valerie Vevers watched as Englands sunny summers turned dark and gloomy, she saw people loose hope and faith in everything they believed and trusted. in 1979 her father left to fight in the war and make it a better place but he never came home. in 1981 her house was invaded and she watched as her mother died, and later in 1981 the war supposedly ended leaving people to their destruction and picking up the pieces, she also found out that her cousin, Frank Longbottom and his wife had been tortured into insanity and she was left to be Neville's secondary caregiver. Her life had imploded but she was slowly finding her peace.
VAL'S PEACE; in 1984 things in England are slowly getting back to normal and Val has found herself in a routine. she goes to her internship Monday through Friday in the psych ward at St. Mungo's where she attends to many different people of all different ages. and on the weekends she takes Neville to give her Great Aunt a break from Friday night to Sunday night. but everything changes when she meets a little boy who can't get rid of nightmares that feel too real, she also meets his father who cause both panic and peace to ensue all over her body. through it all she learns that to have peace and tranquility sometimes you have to let the panic in but it won't be there forever and it isn't always all bad.
