Poetry is a red flag.
Guess what they are right!
All warning signs in my diary,
Giving meaning to everything meaningless.
Scribbling words for what's not said then.
What's a poet if not romanticizing love and a heartbreak?
What's a red flag if not writing' the last goodbye?
How creepy I may be.
How boring I may be.
Poet me. Poor poet me.
Poets will think of you always.
Words not on tip of their tongue
but on their fingertips.
Poets will write you as
everything that happened
andeverything that never
meant to be.
The first meet to the last
goodbye all journalled.
I will write you.
I am a poet.
Poor poet me.
So I am THE RED FLAG
because I don't care to show it
