Ishan and Aayushi were all happy, when Ishan was about to go on tournament after their vacation, his brother Raj met an accident and was hospitalised in their own hospital only, everyone were too worried for him, but they all were crying because his son Golu was also injured in it. "Doctor, please mere bhai ko bacha lijiye," cried Ishan, Pallavi was crying non stop and Aayushi was busy doing all the paperwork of their surgery. Soon Aayushi came, "Aayu beta please kuch kar na, Dekh na kya ho sakta hai??" Asked Mr. Kishan. She nodded her head softly with light tears in her eyes, "Dr.Kishan, we need to start the surgery, please come on in, everything is ready" said Raj and Aayushi's junior Dr.Avi Verma. Aayushi nodded, "maa, papa aap log bilkul bhi tension mat lijiye me hu na I promise me bhaiya or Golu ko kuch nhi hone dungi. Bhabhi please sambhaliye apne aap ko" she said hugging Pallavi and she cried more. "Wait, iska matlab Tum bhai or Golu ki surgery karogi?? Aayu tumhe experience hai bhi??? Tum janti bhi ho Tum kya karne ja rhi ho??" Said Ishan with an uncertainty. Aayushi looked at him shocked and in disbelief, "Ishan, aap kehna kya chahte hai??" She said taken aback. "Yahi ki Tum bhai or Golu ki surgery mat kro, accident was quite strong, and to be honest I don't want any risk for them" said Ishan firmly, Aayushi felt an uncomfortable feeling and little disappointment by Ishan's words. Mr and Mrs Kishan glared at Ishan. "Ishan, don't worry I'll take good care of them and please don't think too much" said Aayu assuring Ishan. Ishan scoffed, "Aayushi please it's not the right time to play the game or being egoistic. It's about my brother, and I don't want you to do any surgery. I don't trust you in this process, please" scoffed Ishan. "Excuse me??? Ishan I'm a doctor and I am able to do this, no one is asking your suggestion here" she said as anger was visible in her eyes now. "I'm not saying that you aren't good doctor, please I want a specialist for them. They are my family and I don't want any risk at their life, please Aayu it's not the right time to experiment" said Ishan and Aayushi was taken aback by his words. Even Pallavi felt sorry for Aayushi. "Ishan, she is really very good, she will handle more good than anyone else" assured Mr Kishan. "Sir, she is one of the top doctors in the state. She is amazing as doctor, don't worry nothing will happen to your brother" assured Dr. Avi. Ishan was irritated by now. Aayu silently went in the OT. After one and half hour of surgery Aayushi came out from OT and dumped the scrubs and gloves in the dustbin. She looked at Mr.Kishan and hugged him tightly, "papa, bhai and Golu are okay and they will be good soon. Thank god there were no complications" she said as a sob left her mouth. Pallavi and Mrs.Kishan rushed to them and hugged Aayushi with lots of love. "Aayu, thank you so much, Tum nhi janti Tum ne kitna bada aehsan kiya hai mujh pe" said Pallavi. "Bhabhi please, aesa mat boliye, I love you all so much" she cried hugging Pallavi and she soothed her. Mrs.Kishan hugged and placed a kiss on Aayushi's head, "thank you beta, thank you so much, I knew if you are there nothing bad will happen to Raj and Golu. I'm proud of you beta" she said as she again kissed her head with all the love. Aayu now finally breakdown in her mother in law's arms, "mamma, I I was so scared" she sobbed. Mrs.Kishan rubbed her back soothingly and ran her fingers in her hair. "Umm mamma I need to take care of something, I'll be back, and yeah bhaiya or Golu ko personal ward me shift kar denge after fifteen minutes, so aap log waha mil sakte hai unhe" said Aayushi as she got up and started to go towards the reception when Ishan looked at her with guilty eyes, "Aayu, I'm" he stopped saying as he looked at her hand indicating him not to talk with her. He felt a ping in his heart. Aayushi went away and after sometime she came to the ward where both Raj and Golu were, "dad, aapko sirf ye paper pe sign karna hai, it's a rule" she said and Mr.Kishan signed the papers, he didn't asked anything to her. She then went out to take the rounds. When everyone were sighing in relief Aayu joined them in the ward again and this time with a big smile. "Bhaiya, " she ran to Raj and hugged him, Raj chuckled and hugged her back. "Hmm so Dr. Kishan aap ne Bohot acche se sab kuch manage kiya. I'm proud of you sweetie" he said. Aayu cried again and after a little talk and everything Mrs. Kishan said, "Aayu, beta thak gayi hogi na?? Tum ghar jao hum log hai yaha Raj ke paas" said Mrs. Kishan. Aayushi looked at Ishan who was looking at her with hurtful and guilty expressions, "umm mamma nhi me ghar nhi jaungi, wo ab bhaiya bhi abhi to duty pe aa nhi sakte na so aap sab log jaiye me hu yaha pe or wese bhi I'm on my night duty so, aap log tension mat lijiye aap sab log jaiye me manage kar lungi" said Aayushi forcing a smile. "Aayu me yahi rukungi Golu or Raj ke paas, please mujhe rukne do" said Pallavi requesting. "Bhabhi aap okay, no problem, and please aap ye thank you and sorry and please and all bolna band kijiye, aap ruk sakti hai, dad aap log ghar jaiye wese bhi me yahi hu or bhabhi bhi so we'll manage" said Aayushi. "Aayu is right dad, Ishan leke ja mom dad ko ghar. Aap log aaram kro, or tujhe bhi to jana hai na kal match hai na Tera??" Said Raj looking at his lil brother, unaware of the situation between Ishan and Aayushi, "Aayu, I think you also don't need to be on night duty, you can go home, I mean kal Ishan ka match hai so you'll be visiting na?? So take proper rest darling" he suggested. Aayu looked at Ishan firmly, "no bhaiya I'm not attending the match, umm wese bhi 10 days ke baad IPL start ho rha hai and I'll need to travel along my team as dad is busy those days so I need to complete my work before it" said Aayushi. Ishan and everyone looked at her shocked, "along with your team matlab??? Won't you support MI?? And won't you travel with MI to support Ishan??" Asked Pallavi. "Bhabhi I'll be always supporting him but I do own a team and it's GT. So no I won't travel with MI or Ishan. I'll travel with GT throughout the season" said Aayushi with much confidence and firmness. "Very good beta, you really know how to manage the franchise or team, doesn't matter if you support ishan or not but I'm very proud that you didn't let your personal relationship disturb your professional development" said Mr and Mrs Kishan. Aayushi gave them a small smile and went out of the room for her routine. Here Ishan stood there looking at her retreating back dumbfounded. He then went home with his parents and they assured him everything will be fine. Next day morning Ishan went to the stadium as he had a match, and Aayu was still in hospital. Soon at the noon Aayushi and Pallavi both brought Raj and Golu back home. They all were sitting in the living room and they went to Raj's room to watch the match together. Aayushi went to her room and she cried a lot, she didn't felt like doing anything. She was very angry with ishan and her having periods didn't help her, her mood swings made her more angry on him when she found ishan didn't even gave a single call or a message. She fell asleep fast. Soon the time went like that. Raj and Pallavi were the medium they asked about each other. "Ishan, you fucked up really bad. Just say sorry to her and she'll forgive you, just call her once man" said Shubman. "Nhi yaar, she don't wanna talk to me so I'm not calling her" said Ishan and Shub face palmed himself. "Aayu, let it go na babe, he really loves you a lot, and he is feeling really very guilty. Finish it na baby" said Ishika trying to make her understand. "Ishkie if he is really feeling that sorry and guilty, he could call for once and can say sorry but no, and please don't talk with me about him, I'm so much busy" said Aayushi cutting the call. Then Shub and Ishkie both called each other and sighed about their best friends. Soon five days were gone and nor Aayushi nor Ishan none of them were ready to call each other. Today Shubman and Ishan both came to Ishan's home. As usual Aayu was at the hospital. Raj and Pallavi both told Ishan to say sorry to Aayushi and move on from this. Ishan nodded and soon Ishika also joined them. After meeting Raj the trio went to hospital. They reached there when they couldn't find her, Dr. Verma came to her cabin and saw three of them and became shocked, but soon he opened the drawer and took an injection from it and informed them, "Mr. Kishan, Aayushi mam has fainted" he said. The trio was taken aback and they ran towards where Aayushi was. Soon Dr. Verma gave the injection to Aayushi and everyone else left the room, letting the trio sit there and Aayushi rest. Meanwhile when Ishan asked Dr. Verma what happened Aayushi's assistant said, "sir, mam didn't ate anything probably, from a day, she was quiet busy, so it's just because of some low sugar and weakness" she informed him. Ishan again went in the room and sat beside Aayu holding her hand in his, tears started flowing from his eyes. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry Aayu, I know I'm the reason behind your this state. You never look after your meals, I should've said sorry to you early probably, I should've took care of you when you had this much work load. Please forgive me, baby please wake up, just look at yourself the dark circles, the weakness on your face I can't take it anymore. Please please please wake up sweetheart. Shubman and Ishika both patted his back assuring him everything will be fine. Soon after 20 minutes which felt like an eternity, Aayushi gained her senses back. She was having strong headache. Ishika rushed to her side and so do Ishan. "How you feel now baby ??" Asked Ishika. "Ishkie I'll die with this headache bro, I need some water, btw what you guys doing here??" Asked Aayushi surprised. Ishan gave her a bottle of water and She looked at Ishan and understood he cried. "Hum log tujhe surprise dene aaye the but yaha to tumne hume hi surprise kar diya" said Shubman. Ishan was listening her voice he was so happy, it was like music to his ears, he missed her voice, he missed her so much. "Aa Aayu, how do you feel now?? And I'm sorry please I really am guilty" said Ishan looking at her. She lift her eyes up and looked him in his eyes and nodded, "hmm" that's all she said. The trio understood that she was still hurt, and it's not the right time to talk about it. After some more time, they all went home and Mr and Mrs Kishan relived once they saw Aayushi well. Aayushi went to her room, she went to take a shower and Ishan looked at her going up not sparing him a single glance. Soon Ishkie and Shub both told Ishan to take their dinner to their room. Ishan took the plates and went up to their room. He opened the door and closed it behind him. He looked at Aayushi standing there in the balcony looking at the sky. He went to her and paused, then hugged her from behind, wrapping his arms around her waist from behind. Aayushi flinched at the touch, but eventually relaxed as she sensed Ishan, resting his head on her shoulder. "Jaan, I'm sorry, I'm really very sorry, please baat kro na mujhse, taras Gaya hu tumhari aawaz sunne ke liye, please?? Tum chaho to mujhe thappad mar lo, but please mujhse baat kro na jaan. Tumhara Ishu nhi reh pa raha hai tumse baat kiye bina tumhare bina. Itna naraz ho apne Ishu se??" He said. Aayushi broke down and sob left her mouth. Ishan turned her around, "baby, please look at me, please I'm sorry I'm really very sorry. I love you so much and I should have kept faith in you I failed as a husband na?? I'm such bad person, I went my anger and irritation on you. I'm sorry" said Ishan cupping her face and making her look up at him. He led her to the couch and made her sit on his lap, she wrapped her hands around him and nuzzled her face in his neck. "I hate you Ishan, aap Bohot bure ho, Bohot jyada, aapne aek baar bhi call nhi kiya mujhe. Aap ko pata bhi hai mujhe nind bhi nhi aati thi thik se, but aapne sirf gussa kiya" she sobbed. "Shhh, shhh shhh it's okay I'm very sorry jaan, please apne Ishan ko maaf kardo?? I love you so much me nhi reh sakta tumhare bina please aek baar mujhe Ishu keh ke bulao, taras gaya hai Tumhara Ishu tumhare muh se apna name sunne ke liye" said Ishan. Aayushi hugged him more tight and then pulled away, looking him in his eyes. "Kiss me, you idiot" she said. Ishan chuckled looking at her red nose and pulled her more close to him and brushed his lips lightly on hers and then pressed them on her soft ones. Soon Aayushi clutched his shirt in her hands as he deepened the kiss making her feel loved. He poured all the love in that kiss and pulled away when she was out of breath. He kissed her head and kissed her tears away. "I love you" she mumbled. "I love you too baby" he said. He then picked her up bridal style and took her to the bed, he fed her with his hands and tucked her in bed embracing her in his arms. She snuggled close to his chest and placed her lips on his neck, kissing him. "Aayu baby, please it's not helping me, I'm getting hard under there, and trust me you don't need me right now, you really need to rest. I won't be able to control my desires. If only I could do the things right now I would make you feel how much I love you" he said kissing her head. She became a blushing mess hearing him. She slept nuzzled her face in the crook of his neck. She was shocked to see the effect she have on him. She smiled to herself and blushed, thinking about him. She soon fell asleep. Next day morning Ishan woke up and went down, everyone were looking at him curious. "What?? Aese kya Dekh rhe ho sab log??" He said being clueless as always. "Baat hui kuch??" Asked Mrs Kishan, "kis se ??" Said Ishan and Ishkie and Shub facepalmed themselves. "I really feel so sorry for Aayu that she got married to you" said Raj and Mr Kishan agreed. "Oh, umm haan wo umm she is doing good and everything is sorted now" said Ishan and everyone sighed in relief. Soon Aayu joined them and asked to help her bhabhi and mother in law for some help, but they didn't let her do anything. "Aayu, beta Beth yaha, or Ishan Uth yaha se, udhar ja ke beth" said Mrs Kishan as she made Aayu sit on her chair and sending Ishan away from his chair, "Dekh to apne aap ko, ye to hai hi pagal, bolne se pehle kabhi kuch sochta nhi hai, gadha kahi ka, iski baate sun ke tu apna ye haal bna legi?? Dekh beta kitni weakness aa gai hai tujhme, ab me Teri aek nhi sunungi, ab bas koi jarurat nhi hai clinic Jane ki pura din or puri Raat, wo ho jayega manage. Or chal muh khol" said Mrs Kishan firmly as she took a bite and fed Aayushi with love. "Mamma mujhe kyu uthaya meri jagah se??" Whined Ishan. "Mera bas chale na to tujhe ghar se hi nikal du. Or me sach me tujhe bahar fek dungi agar meri bacchi ko jara si bhi taklif di ya use rulaya na to" said Mrs Kishan glaring at Ishan. Raj laughed, "tu kya khi khi kiye ja rha hai?? Tujhe bhi bahar fek dungi, apna itna khayal nhi rakh sakta?? Pallu kitni thak jati hai bechari meri bacchiyan, pata nhi kya paap kiye the dono ne jo Tum dono gale pade ho inke" said Mrs Kishan glaring at Raj and Ishan both. Aayu wiggled her eyebrows at Ishan and smirked.
