CH - 2 STEPPING TOWARDS YOU

We reached the hospital and I took the appointment , I went straight into his cabin with my niece and nephew .

He looked at me and he smiled , he spoke " Welcome miss vani . I smiled and sat infront of him " .

I spoke " So , the kids need to take polio drops doctor " . He raised his left eyebrow looking at me and he took out the medicine from a box .

He spoke " Come on vani why are you so formal we are friends right ".

I smiled and thought ofcourse I chased you for 3 years straight with my niece and nephew to make you as a friend . I scoffed .

He spoke " Are you lost somewhere vani ? ".

I came into my senses and spoke " No.. I'm fine " . He just smiled .

I picked ruhi and told her to open her mouth . She did . My ruhi is a good girl I said to her . Ishaan got up and about to put drops in ruhi's mouth , he flinched " ouch !!! Aahh !! ". He screamed a little .

I was shocked I quickly checked ruhi and then ishaan , he got a bruise on left side of his forehead . I saw paper weight on the floor .

It's srihan , he throwed paper weight on ishaan face . Oh ! No I just forgot srihan won't let anyone touch ruhi other than our family .

I made ruhi sit and checked him he is fine , we turned to srihan who is showing his index finger to ishaan and looking at him angrily .

Gosh !! These kids !! Srihan is just like ruhaan bro and ruhi is just like my bhabhi .

" I'm sorry ishaan I just forgot srihan won't let anyone touch ruhi other than our family.... I'm extremely sorry .... ". I apologized to him .

He spoke " It's ok vani I'm fine it's just a small bruise don't worry " .

" I'm sorry " I spoke in low tone and I was about to tell the nurse to get him first aid .

He caught my wrist and stopped me I feel butterflies in my stomach . This is the first time he touched me .

I slowly turned towards him , he left my hand saying " Sorry.... I'm okay let me give them drops " .

" Why sorry I love you baby ...! You always give me butterflies " . I said to myself in my mind .

I took a breathe and spoke to srihan " My dear prince charming it's just a medicine doctor is gonna give it won't harm ruhi and it will make ruhi strong . Okay .... You are a good boy , you shouldn't hurt anyone " . I tried to pamper srihan .

But looks like srihan is not convinced he said putting a serious face , " No...one ..can touch...my sister ". I don't know whether I should laugh or cry .

If my brother's junior version is like a fierce lion when it's come to his sister what happens when my brother finds about me that I'm in love with ishaan . My subconscious mind thought .

I'm sure he gonna kill ishaan but no worries I will protect him . I tried to cheer myself .

Ishaan stood straight and spoke vani let srihan take the medicine first and then ruhi . I nodded and I took srihan in my arms , he took the drops like he was checking and staring at ishaan . Well I gave drops to ruhi .

I noticed something he removed his beard and he did clean shave , well still he looks so handsome but I like his beard .

Well a doctor can't grow beard so it's fine .

I smiled at him and said sorry once again , I was about to leave but he stopped me he spoke " Vani I need your help " .

What ?? He needs my help ! That's great , let me get more closer to him .
