And now, I'm here at Apollo's condominium in BGC.

I felt my heart dropped when I realized what was inside.

My jaw dropped. "What?"

No, he did not just...

"H-How much?" I found myself asking her.

I almost dropped to the floor when she answered. "Fifty thousand po."

The loud bang of the door slamming shut woke me up from my deep, deep slumber.

After crying under the shower and eating the hot meal Ate Lani prepared and left for me, I laid back on the couch and instantly crashed. I was out like a light.

Maybe it's from the exhaustion of driving from Hermosa to Manila, the stress brought by the forced confrontation with Dash, and the heartbreak of being essentially homeless after building myself up five years ago—only for me to crash and burn.

Who would have thought? Five years later, I'd turn into a charity case my ex-boyfriend couldn't shake.

Not wanting to face my problems yet, I tried going back to sleep. But the persistent loud noises from the foyer kept me from sleeping.

"Honey, I'm hooome!" somebody shouted, a woman's loud voice.

I froze for a beat.

Shit. Does Apollo have someone in his life? I thought wala siyang time to date?
