The others immediately rushed over and tried to figure out what Aria said. Felix bent over, and true to Aria's words, he saw the hatch.

He looked at others with wide eyes. There was a brief moment of awkward silence where everyone gave each other a strange look. Suddenly the tension reduced and they shared a look of relief.

They could now get out of the caravan! There was a passageway that could lead them. They all wanted to get out of the caravan as fast as possible. But just when Lisa was about to shift the bed to open the hatch, Felix held her hand and stopped her from doing so.

"Let's just try opening the doors of the caravan once more. It may work. We cannot predict anything." Felix proposed.

"You know what, sure. Why not? But if we cannot, do we really go down that hatch? I mean, I'm not scared though!" Alex interrupted.

Aria chuckled. She whispered, "Al, do you think we're dumb? We know you're claustrophobic! There's nothing to hide about it. Chill, it'll be fine."

Alex gave a small smile to her.

"Well, we'll see about that when we fail to open the doors. Let us try first." Felix said and the others agreed.

Since Felix was the strongest one, he was the one trying to open the hard, bolted doors. He applied the maximum force he could and tried different ways many times. The doors didn't budge. Alex and Lisa searched around for any button or key kind of thing, which could help them. Meanwhile, Aria went to see if the same had happened with the windows. She went to a random window that was closed and tried to open it. Not a single Inch was moved by that window, it was bolted shut, that's all.

The younger ones returned to the living room first. Panting hard from all that hard work, Alex dropped himself on the bed. The others came near him and sat down silently. Aria broke the silence, and said, "Umm, Mr. Alex, sorry to interrupt your little resting session, but we need to-"

She groaned as a pillow hit her head. Scowling, she asked, "What was that for?"

"For addressing me as a mister. You're so dumb, Aria Maria. Don't you know that you address males who are married as 'Mister'?" Alex replied with an annoyed expression.

"Oh, I see. I did nothing wrong though, you are married. With Vanesya, if I am correct." Aria replied with a smirk.

Alex cringed, and replied, "Oh my god, Aria, get over it! It was just a celebrity crush! I don't even like her anymore! In fact, I didn't even remember her name, until you reminded me."

Aria again teased, "Oh no, you can't fool me. Do you remember when you almost spent all your pocket money on her albums just to get a chance to go to her fan sign? If this isn't true lov-"

Whack. A pillow hits Aria right on the head. She throws it back to Alex and he catches it with a triumphant expression.

He got up from the bed, came near to her, and whispered in her ear, a wicked, teasing smirk forming on his lips, "Well, I don't know about now, but in the future, I will be a mister, all right, but you seem eager to turn me into one."

Aria gasped and widened her eyes. Alex chuckled seeing the pink hue on her cheeks.

The older ones entered the room, tired from all the mental and physical work they did just now. They had some water and were now silent. But their minds echoed with innumerable thoughts about the hatch.

Finally, Felix announced, with a deep sigh "Unfortunately, we are unable to open the doors of the caravan. So we'll have to shift the bed and go through the hatch. We may find help, or we may even go outside."

Everyone got up and pushed the bed from the side. It was very hard to do so, but the bed finally moved. It revealed the thing that Aria had discovered.

The hatch stood weathered and worn, bearing the marks of time etched into its surface. Covered in patches of rust and draped with a veil of moss and lichen, it exuded an aura of mystery and neglect. As Aria approached, she couldn't help but notice the rough texture of the wood beneath her fingertips, a tangible reminder of its age. Despite its dilapidated appearance, there was something captivating about the hatch, as if it held the promise of uncovering long-forgotten secrets hidden within its depths.

They all took deep breaths and with trembling hands, Felix lifted the hatch. Their mouths gasped when they found a tunnel going through it, engulfed in pitch-black darkness.

Before going into the tunnel, they grabbed a few snacks and the locked-up box which had their phones in it. With their hearts thumping against their ears, and sweaty palms they finally stepped into the dark tunnel, one by one, with their torchlights on.

The tunnel stretched before them, a dark and ominous passage into the unknown. Cold, damp air wrapped around them, sending shivers down their spines with every step. The ground beneath their feet was uneven, scattered with rocks and debris that threatened to trip them up at every turn. Silence hung heavy in the air, broken only by the echo of their footsteps as they ventured deeper into the darkness.

Despite the uncertainty that lay ahead, they pressed on, driven by a mixture of curiosity and determination. The darkness seemed to grow denser with each passing moment, enveloping them in its suffocating embrace. Yet still they persevered, their resolve unyielding as they delved further into the heart of the tunnel.

Every step forward brought them closer to the secrets hidden within its depths, their fate hanging in the balance with every passing moment. But they were undeterred, their determination unwavering as they faced the unknown together, united in their quest for answers.
