As I spoke to Kurt, I found the words tumbling out in a rush, my heart pounding in my chest. "Kurt, I want you to know that I... I care about you too," I confessed, my voice barely above a whisper. "But we can't keep going on like this. Your jealousy, it's tearing us apart."

Kurt's expression softened, his blue eyes searching mine for understanding. "I know," he admitted, his voice heavy with regret. "I just... I can't help it, Merci. It's like a reflex."

I reached out to him, taking his hand in mine. "I understand, Kurt," I reassured him, squeezing his hand gently. "But we have to work through it together. Trust me, I'm not going anywhere."

For a moment, it seemed like Kurt was considering my words, his features softened with hope. But then, his stubbornness kicked in, and he shook his head. "I can't do it, Merci," he said, his voice tinged with resignation. "I'm sorry."

My heart sank as I realized what he was saying. "So... this is it?" I asked, my voice barely a whisper.

Kurt nodded, his expression pained. "I think it's for the best," he replied, his voice barely audible.

I felt a lump form in my throat as I turned to leave, my heart heavy with disappointment. Our romance had ended only after two hours. But then, a thought occurred to me, and I turned back to Kurt with a mischievous smile.

"Hey, you know what they say," I said, my tone lightening. "Breakup sex is the best."

Kurt's eyes widened in surprise, but then a grin spread across his face. "You're crazy, Merci," he laughed, pulling me into his arms.

And just like that, our breakup turned into a whirlwind fling, with no strings attached and no expectations.

He kissed me passionately, one hand stroking my face and the other rubbing me up and down. While he held me in his arms, we both jumped on the bed and got straight to work. I felt his hard breathing on my neck as he started from there and created a trail of kisses going down my body until he reached my skirt. He slipped the skirt - and my underwear - off my body, and all of a sudden, I felt his tongue between my thighs.

"Kurt," I moaned, gasping for breath as his tongue got to work. "Fuck."

Kurt stopped. "You like that?" He muttered seductively. I nodded. "Fuck me," I said in the best sexy voice I could. "Yes, ma'am," he replied and got back to work.

It was wild, passionate, and completely unexpected. After a while, I put my skirt back on and we started to talk again.

But as the minutes ticked by, we both realized that we couldn't stay away from each other for long.

Less than 45 minutes after breaking up, Kurt and I found ourselves back together, laughing at the absurdity of it all. As we held each other close, we both knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, we were in it together.

Suddenly Dave opened the door."Hey, guys," Dave said. He looked completely traumatized. "I heard what you were doing earlier. I got something to ask. Like, can you not screw each other? The walls aren't so soundproof, y'know?"

We chuckled.

"Yeah, sorry about that, Dave," Kurt said, his cheeks flushing slightly. "We'll try to keep it down."

Dave let out a sigh of relief. "Thanks, man. I appreciate it. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I'm heading out for a bit. Gonna grab some food and maybe catch a movie. You guys want anything?"

"I'm good," I replied, smiling at him. "Thanks, Dave."

Kurt nodded in agreement. "Yeah, I'm good too. Have fun, Dave."

With that, Dave gave us a wave and headed out the door, leaving Kurt and me alone once again. As the door closed behind him, a comfortable silence settled between us.

"So," Kurt said, breaking the silence. "What now?"

I shrugged, a playful smile tugging at the corners of my lips. "Well, I don't know about you, but I could definitely go for round two," I teased, winking at him.

Kurt chuckled, shaking his head in amusement. "You're insatiable, Merci."

I grinned, reaching out to take his hand in mine. "Only when it comes to you," I replied, my voice softening.

Kurt's eyes softened as he gazed at me, a warmth spreading through my chest at the sight. In that moment, I knew that no matter what challenges we faced, we would always find our way back to each other. And as we leaned in for another kiss, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the unexpected twist of fate that brought us together once again.

As we kissed, a sudden noise startled us. It sounded like the door opening, and we quickly pulled away from each other, turning to see who it was.

To our surprise, it was Dave again, looking slightly embarrassed. "Um, sorry to interrupt again," he said sheepishly. "But I forgot my wallet."

Kurt and I exchanged amused glances before Kurt gestured towards the living room. "No problem, Dave," Kurt said. "Go ahead and grab it."

Dave nodded gratefully and disappeared into the living room. Kurt and I chuckled softly, feeling slightly embarrassed but also amused by the situation.

"Looks like we can't catch a break," I said, shaking my head with a smile.

Kurt laughed, leaning in to kiss me again. "I guess not," he replied. "But hey, at least we know we're not alone in this."

I nodded, feeling a sense of comfort knowing that we had Dave as a friend who could always provide a bit of comic relief, even in the most awkward situations.

As Dave returned with his wallet and bid us farewell once again, Kurt and I settled back into each other's arms, feeling content and happy in each other's company. Despite the interruptions, we knew that our bond was strong enough to withstand anything that came our way. And as we spent the rest of the evening together, we couldn't help but feel grateful for the unexpected twists and turns that had brought us to this moment.
