A Certain Race

The street raises into the sky, and they go over the sea! Faire awes as they head to the edge of the country in little time, the darkened sky made this feel creepy along with possibility of falling off! The other racer: Devghost didn't try to bump Captain off, unlike other racers who tried to hit eachother, and kept getting knocked out.. he focused solely on making the tight turns and twisting around the bent and angled corners. Captain was behind for a while, unlike in other races: he seemed to be using all of his energy on staying on the freakishly inhuman winding roads, Faire glances at him for a second: Andy was frowned up and seriously seemed worried, so Faire was freaked when they went to a corner and spiraled up until... Captain eased up: they were almost on the second lap, and the road wasn't as bad here: he even smirked confidently having learned the course! Faire was afraid to look at him again, but the energy changed immediately upon them crossing the finish line for the first time. While Faire looks around and noticed his brother leaving the stadium as they passed it...Captain boosted immediately, and got ahead! He even boosted at the tight corner..something Devghost didn't do so he wouldn't fall! But he started to whenever the road got straight, and so Captain casually boosted ahead into the curves: something his rival wouldn't dare do! They got to the last part and he boosted on the smooth road before Devghost arrived! The announcer yells "THE FINAL LAP!!!"  and the racer started boosting like crazy!! Captain watches him but notices he would do like him: and not actually boost when actually in a turn and so Captain made no changes to his strategy to keep from flying off into the ocean! Faire then noticed the energy change: Captain smirks at the upcoming humonculi in the road that they normally drove over which serves as a quick distraction before the final part. But Captain flies off the thing!!! He soars over a huge part of the track and slams on the rumpled part of the track and turns towards the last part. Devghost tried to catch up by boosting like crazy, but Captain does too and wins!! Faire awes as they go over the finish line and the announcer screamed "AND CAPTAIN WINS AGAIN!!!". Faire looks out the window excitedly as he's driven to his friends/the back to safety on land!

Ashley watches the rare look of excitement in his face, as Faire notices Celia as she goes with her group and the announcer screams "And CAPTAIN WINS AGAIN!!!" the crowd cheers insanely and Captain cheered "YES!" as he pulled up to the announcer's pulpit. Faire watches as Captain leaves, the man then says "You come out too, but stay by the machine for the moment!". Faire gets out as excitement and happiness seems as if it's running through his body, Captain stands on the stairs by the announcer who says through the intercom: "We have Devghost in third, and surprisingly Sonoshee boosted out of nowhere and into second! But unsurprisingly: Captain wins yet again!!!" The racers stand on their pedestals and wave at the audience, Faire watches as his friends are lead to the spot via another of Captain's workers. 

The announcer then asks "Mr Captain, you won7 years in a row: what advice do you have to your rivals and those who want to be F--7 pirates one day?", Captain smiles "I have no rivals: if you think you can beat me, then come and do it. I welcome all challenges." Then he gives a aggressive and determined expression "And to my fans who wish to follow in my footsteps: you don't win by being lucky, you win by being bold!". Captain makes a fist as he says this, lighting a fire in the souls of most who wanted to race as he does! "You heard it hear first, folks! Be bold, become winners! That's all we have for the race, but those at home stay tuned for the after-party, right here at F--7 GX!" the announcer screams in excitement! Cheers filled the area as the celebration for the racers and fans is spread by robots and hard lights forming from the stadium and pedestals. Mist start to eat, drink and talk: but a noticable holographic shield blocks the fans from immediately interacting with the drivers for everybody's safety. Faire notices as his friends now get to the new Machine and him. "DUDE, how does it feel to actually have went across the finish line!!?" Rei asks excitedly, "Awesome!.... Mostly I'm glad we survived..." Faire jokes some. "HaHA! thought you'd say somethin' like that!" Mac laughed, "I was afraid for you too: not that I thought Captain couldn't make those turns ..but It's alot more intense when someone you know personally is out there!" Miya reveals with relief. "So, you got a chance to not only see the race, but kinda get in it! You think you'd want to become a F--7 racer?!" Windo starts to joke. Faire laughs "I don't even want to own a car: they're way too expensive from what I saw ..." he laughs "I don't know, if things were different..maybe I would want to race...but I could barely keep up with anything even from the stands!...". Rei laughs "Don't worry, it's easy to keep up with that crap, and drive too! You'll see!", he then adds "Speaking of that where's Ashley? I thought we'd see her and Ayaka here too!". They notice her coming upon leaving the spot "Hey, did you see daddy??!" she asks happily, "Yeah, that man's insane!" Rei laughs. "Yeah, I thought being a hero would help me--anyone be able to keep up. But you have to have a completely different mindset to keep up with that speed!" she reveals with a nervous smirk, Windo adds "Yeah, I can vouch for that: I could barely keep up despite everything I did .". Ayaka then asks "So you got your car back already or not? Tryna see if we got hoodwinked or not..", Mac shouted "WHHAAAT??!". But Ashley giggles and assures them "They're outside of this stadium, see, right here!" she shows them her mp777: it shows theirs and many other VIP cars sitting in the parking lot with guards nearby. "Don't you worry, daddy wouldn't mess up anything.. but" Ashley asks "Where did he go?. They all look around: Captain already left the festivities...

Hour or so later; the friends leave... But are mostly talking with Jésús, Auto*Hoshi, Gertrude and most of Monokuroh and others.. so Faire walks away, being less social... He was alone, up until he notices Celia leaving with others.. he means to only watch her get in their car and leave.. but she notices him and winks; showing she knows he was watching her and something else........ But she has to leave, so she gets in their car to go... Faire now feels excited but also a emptiness creeps up on him, he tries to completely forget this though.. and gets excited for his new game via searching on his tablet again, getting ideas on what to play and how to use what he knows in his game. 

................meanwhile, Eliza watches the conversation from afar too, looking back-and-forth from her laptop from their team's impala ....then sighs heavily, and looks up to see Seiro arriving with the others.. "We're going right back to training?" she asks, "No, it is late. But we will have more sessions tomorrow." he answered in a happy tone. She then notice Faire leaving with Karafuru Sentai "Who's that? With them?" Eliza asks hiding her curiosity, "...Crys, Faire of KFS. He's the new recruit, things have been busy so we haven't had a chance to see how much has changed." Seiro replies as he gets in the Impala.  "Ah..... I.. want to meet him too.." Eliza exhales in a very breathy voice, and licks her lips....
