A Certain Race

"Ah!!! He's pimpin' out our shit!!?" Rei asks excitedly, "Probably... hope the price is gonna be for free!" Mac jokes, Windo then says "It has to be or he wouldn't of said anything.. I guess?". Miya laughs "We'll never know, actually it's probably good... I wouldn't wanna think he's actually just trying to get even more money from us!", they all laugh as they go back to their seats.. Rei then asks before they reach "Hey, I didn't know your bro was here too!" , Faire reveals "I didn't either... I didn't think he liked this as much...but here we are...". They then watched the race on the monitor! "3..2..1...LET GOOO!!!" the announcer yells and the racers zoom down the track! 

They went into the under city: a place that served as part of a seedy underground where villains went to the black market.. But now it was used as a racecourse! They watch all the twists and turns, and watch as Captain avoided the course traps and kept from falling off the thin road and into the boiling water underneath the track!! While it looked crazy to everybody else: Faire watches intensely and notices that some of the small bombs on the track boosted the machines forwards. He knew what Captain would do before he'd do it, and was almost in synch with him until the last leg of the race! This track went partially through a more wild area, and was nearly a huge death trap in and of itself: the winding and awkward positioned roads were solely for spectacle and excitement, with safety not even being considered... Faire was taken aback by this--thrown out of synch that he had with Captain and stood as they cross the finish line.. "Don't worry, they made it! Captain got it!"  Rei says excitedly, "Dude, I didn't think you'd even be worried for your brother like that!" Mac laughed. "Um.. I jus' have to use the bathroom.." Faire says and leaves.. "Now we'll have a brief intermission as the drivers come back here, for the final part!" the Announcer yells! "Heheheh, you think Faire's crying?" Mac asked/somewhat jokes, "No, he might've freaked out but he's cooler than that!" Rei laughed! It starts to rain softly, but the auto-dome covers the audience and racers' equipment..

Meanwhile....  Faire went behind the stadium and looked at his reflection in his tablet..."What was I?...." he thought, then shook his head "No, I should use this time to see what else I want...I was looking for a new game for inspiration, but I didn't buy anything at Gamechange...." he started looking through lists, then looked around himself to ensure no one snuck up on him.. and notices a group a little ways away from the stadium. Faire awes as he recognizes Celia... he hasn't seen her in a very long while, and she's much more beautiful than she was even back then. Her hair has grown some and it seemed to curl now, how she spoke with the others and moved while speaking made her hair bounce and her smiling eyes caught Faire's heart.. "......what is this?...." Faire wonders, "Even before, I noticed I was attracted to Celia..but..." he then realizes he was depressed even with all this gleeful excitement, but now he's overwhelmed with Celia by just seeing her.. Faire gasps for air and leaves, not wanting to freak her out with his awestruck face..

As he arrived, so did Captain... KFS went to see him and so he followed, Rei looks over his shoulder and noticed Faire following them! So they all were ready to see the man: "Yes!" Captain laughs as he gets out "That was great! I actually didn't think it would even go THAT good!" he jokes. "Yeah, that last one was dangerous!" Rei agrees, "How did you thread the last part!? It was you, and the one other guy! And he freaking died!!!" Mac adds jokingly. "He's fine, the machines are made to drive on water! It's just that he won't be able to catch up!" Captain laughs.. Faire meanwhile asks "How was it like?", "It was pretty cool, and crazy!" Pico replied, "You're in for it!" he laughed as he left to his friend group. Faire is uneasy, up until Captain got his attention "Faire! It's time!" the boy looks over his shoulder as another Falcon is brought on track: the other racer gets a replacement F--7 too! "That one is wearing out, so we'll have our new ones ready! Now are you ready!?" Captain asks, "Yeah!" Faire replies. "Then, come on!" the man laughed, and jumped in! Faire runs to and climbs in the car, Rei laughs excitedly "Dude, please turn on your phone and shit!". Faire makes his tablet shrink (due to the softmetal) and turns on the camera and the wifi feed between their devices! Rei gives him a thumbs up as they go back to the stadium! The announcers' voice comes out of the intercom and radio inside the F--7! "LADIES, GENTLEMEN AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN! THIS IS THE FINAL STRETCH! IT'S TIME TO SEE WHO WILL WIN THIS RACE: CAPTAIN OR DEVGHOST!?", "He can speak in here?" Faire wonders aloud, Captain then explains "Yeah, but not during the race: everybody hears him now to make sure they're ready!" he then locks in: preparing to launch off!  "3....2.!.1...GO!!!!" the announcer yells in excitement and the machines rocket across the road!!!
