Although he was not included much throughout this work, I did add wilbur soot into this fic as an off handed thing. As it is only a small a slightly insignificant part of this story I will be leaving it, especially since this one has been finished. I am in the process of heavily editing my other stories that do involve him more as i no longer support him and I may come back to Edit this one as well but as it will take a bit I may leave it in
