Amorentia Lipgloss (Theodore Nott)

"You turned the amortentia potion, into a lipgloss?"

"Yes."

"So i have to make out with him and shove my lipgloss covered tongue down his throat to make him fall in love with me?" She deadpanned.

"No, you just have to kiss him."

"Well how am i going to get him to kiss me?"

"There's always a game of spin the bottle or 7 minutes in heaven at Slytherin parties"

"That's a game of chance. There's no way i can guarantee that when i spin the bottle it lands on him and vice-versa." She said as if it were obvious.

"I can."

"How?"

You looked towards your desk and used the accio charm to summon your wand. Pansy looked at you in awe for a second before quickly wiping the look off of her face, knowing that you didn't like to be complimented for anything.

"I'll hex the bottle."

"You realize that that involves you going to the party right?"

"Yes, but i would only have to be there to hex the bottle and then i could leave immediately after."

"But you don't know how long it will take for the game to start."

"I'll just come to the party, like, two hours after it starts. That will give enough time for people to get tipsy and wanna play a game where you potentially make out."

"What if it starts before then?"

You leaned over to your nightstand and grabbed and black velvet necklace box from the drawer. You handed it to her; a smile appearing on her face when she opened it. Inside was an oval gold locket; a small diamond was in the center, surrounded by a swirly design. She admired the pretty necklace before opening it. A grin split her face when she saw her favorite picture of the you, her, and Luna. You had gotten Luna a bronzey colored one and you a silver one to match.

"Y/n i love it!" She gave you a hug. "But what does this have to do with your plan?"

"Well, with all of the stuff going on, i figured that if any of us were in trouble, we'd need a way to get in contact fast. If you click the diamond three times, it send a magic signal to the people with the other charms. So, tonight if the game starts before two hours have passed, just click it and I'll come down."

Pansy flopped back on your bed and giggled, "I'm gonna get my man tonight!" She squealed in delight; kicking her feet a little.

The game started an hour and forty-seven minutes into the party.

You were sitting at you desk, finishing up some homework, when the necklace around your neck buzzed. You clicked it once and looked at the time. You quickly put on some shoes and lipgloss and went to the common room.

The party was in full swing. Different things were happening all around you. Some people were simply sitting and chatting on the sofas, some were dancing to the music, some were making out in the corner, some were sitting in a circle around the bottle; Pansy and Blaise among them; and the rest were doing other things. It was quite overwhelming.

You stayed close to the wall as you crept close, but not close enough to be spotted, to the group of people who surrounded the bottle.

Once you got close enough, you quietly whispered a charm to make sure that when Pansy spun, it would land on Blaise.

You shot Pansy a thumbs up before creeping away, back to your dorm.

However, before you could get to the stairs, a chorus of ohhhhhh's went up from the group of people. You, ever curious, looked over you shoulder to see who had to kiss who. But the group was looking at you.
