He reaches down with one hand and grabs my butt. I'm stronger than him. Not wanting this to go any further, I break free and slap him across the face. Hard. "Never again Lucas. I hate you." I turn one more time to face him. There is a red mark where I slapped him. I burst out of the door and see Andrew walking out of the men's restroom. God! I probably look like a mess. I jump into his arms sobbing. "Can we leave?" "Sure,do you want to freshen up while I take care of the food and the bill." I nod at Andrew's kindness. "I'll pull the sled up front." He emphasizes the I'll, he knows who caused this. "Andrew?" "Yes darling?" "Don't worry I took care of him." "Good because you watching me crush his skull would do nothing for you." "I left a mark,a red one across his face." "Did it make you feel better?" "A waight off of my shoulders. We'll talk more about it later." "Agreed." At that we part ways. I don't wanna relive the whole thing but,I won't keep secrets from Andrew. I love him too much and would end up telling him anyways. I reach the mirror in the bathroom. I take a shaky deep breath in the mirror. I am thankful for such a great guy. Now I can finally shake my past. 

Chapter 32|| 

{Andrew's POV} I put our meals into containers and paid the bill. I stepped outside to find Lucas. I grab his shirt and scream. "What the hell did you do to her?!" I slam him against the wall. "I-I" "Spit it out!" "I kissed her...." "You knew she was engaged and still?! Where's our sled?" He points and I punch him in the stomach. I don't want anything to be visible besides the red mark across his face that will likely bruise. I grabed him by the collar and dragged him inside. "This employee here kissed my fiancé against her will." "Lucas?" The hostess says. He nods. "You're in big trouble! I'll take him from here. I'm sorry sir, congratulations again." "Thanks"With that I smile and step outside once again to get the sled. {Sadie's POV} I sigh not even knowing where to start. I have a red finger print on collar bone.Someone walks in. "If you think they're one of them say the snow falls in the winter at midnight" my mom says. "Sadie?"says a familiar voice. I turn around to face a girl my age with shoulder length,blonde, curly, hair. Her eyes are the lightest blue,they almost look grey. She wears a bright purple dress which fits her personality. "Em!!" I hug her. My bestfriend since sixth grade. "Sadie what happened?!" I have mascara streaked cheeks and my lipstick is smeared everywhere. My hair is probably out of place as well. "Lucas." I plainly say. "Oh no, let's get you fixed up." "Em?" "Yeah?" "I missed you." "Me too. Sadie. Me too." 

Chapter 33|| 

{Sadie's POV} "Who are you here with?" I ask Em. She smiles as she rummages through her clutch. "Matthew. He's from Thursday." "How about you Sadie? Did he do this to you?" I sigh. "No, I ran into Lucas." "Oh my god Sadie did he...make you...um ya know?" "Almost, but don't worry I made him pay." "Good. Sadie, I used to date Lucas." "What?! When?!" "About a month before I was chased out of my house. We dated for a week and he was trying to rush things. I wasn't ready, especially because it's him. He wouldn't take no for an answer. Like you we got really close doing it. I'm so glad I had pepper spray. I also gave him a pretty good beating." Em lays everything out on the counter that we need. "Em guess what!" "What!?" she asks excitedly. I bite my lip and hold up my hand exposing the ring. "You're getting married?! To who?!" "Andrew!" I smile. She gives me a hug. "But wait, you're only sixteen! There's something you're not telling me....." Now's the time I decide. "The snow falls in the winter at midnight." "Sadie, you're one of them too?!" "Shhhhhh!" I don't want anyone else to hear. "So it's not real?" she sighs when I shake my head. "It will be someday!" "Yeah, I didn't know you and Andrew felt like that." She says as she removes my make up. I don't say anything. "So you and Matthew?" I ask as I straighten out my hair. "He's one of us too. You'll see him later considering the meeting is where we are staying." "Oh!" I say surprised. "Matthew's waiting up front for me." "So is Andrew!" "Oh good, so they'll meet!" she hands me mascara and lipstick. I apply both silently as Em fixes herself up too. "There!" she says. "Ready?" I take a deep breath and nod. We walk out of the bathroom together. We run into Lucas, he whistles at us both and Em steps on his foot. Pretty hard too considering she's wearing heels. I giggle and we walk out the door.
