Tomorrow its y/n birthday, shes going to be turning 23. Im out shopping with my mom picking out some gifts for her, my mom got her a custom made snowglobe with a family photo of us back when we were kids, some rocker clothes that she likes and some room accessories to make her feel at home even more. While me on the other hand, I want to give her something that she can do on her own time like something to build y'know. Elena told me she likes Sanrio, Rocker stuff and heavy Metal and of course cars and bikes too. So I picked out this pink hello kitty and skyline lego set, some Korn, Rob Zombie and a Slipknot poster, then I found some JDM merch which is a AE86 tureno hoodie with a matching tank top and pair of socks. And Elena also told me she really likes chocolate so I got her a little chocolate heart box with a teddy bear that says happy birthday to the best human ever.
" Mejo shell love it dont over think it."
" You think so? I mean I want to give her the best birthday ever and plus Elena said shes gonna take her out for ' errands ' while we hurry and decorate the house for her birthday party."
" Does Lucy know about you doing all of this? You dont even do this for her and shes your girlfriend, dont get me wrong pero .. i think you should tell Lucy how you feel."
" I know mom i know, its just ... if I do that then next thing you know everyone is gonna start targeting me ESPECIALLY her toxic friends."

If they have a problem about it then they can come talk to me because i dont play that pussy little girl shit i will fuck them up."
I look at my mother with some fear but happiness in my eyes, " thats why i love you mom."
We started laughing, " Ay mejo i love you too, now lets hurry and get this together for her tomorrow."
After we got everything done i drove mom back home I left y/n gifts with her because lord knows how much of a terrible gift wrapper i am, plus if Lucy sees any of these gifts her snobby ass will take EVERYTHING.
" Who else is going to the party?" My mom asks me.
" Well I already asked Max he said hes going I need to ask Nelson and Chris and if Chris is going hes most likely gonna bring Megan with him."
" Have she met them before?"
" Not yet but I will tell the guys that she is very shy like to the point she wont talk until shes alone or when everyone is gone."
" What about Lucy?"
I paused for a second, " I dont want her going because them if she ends up going shes going to make a big deal and scene about it." I pulled up to moms home and helped her carry them into the house, mom already agreed that shell wrap the gifts. " Ill see you tomorrow mom, love you tell everyone else i said hello and i love them."
" I will mejo, drive safely love you!"
I got into my car and blew a kiss to her and drove home.

I pulled into the parking lot to see Lucy home, which is unusual because around this time shes out. I went inside to see no Oso and no Lucy, Oso is always there by the door whenever I open up. I hear barking in the backyard, i quickly head there to see him jumping up and down. I opened the door and hes so happy to see me, which makes me have an idea what if I brought Oso with me to y/n birthday party!
" Hey there buddy, tomorrow is a big day for us!"
He barked in response and wagged his tail.
" Tomorrow youre gonna meet a very very amazing friend of mine, shes y/n and i told her about you and she's excited to see you too boy!" I cooed.
Oso started jumping and barking, which reminded me of to check on Lucy. Oso rain upstairs to our bedroom, the door was locked. I knocked on the door and Oso wad growling and barking, " Lucy? Hey im home."
" Just give me a second babe!" She sounded unusually rushed or out of breath. The fuck is she doing? Then she hurried up unlocked the door to see her in a robe and makeup on her table, I guess shes just doing her glam shit or whatever.
" Youre home early babe, i thought you was going to go out with your mom?"
Oso rushes into the room and started sniffing everything, " uh yeah we already did, why are you home early? Normally you're out this time."
Oso started barking at my bathroom which is fucking wierd, then Lucy yells at him to shut up.
" Lucy you fucking kidding me!? Dont tell him to shut up, how about I tell you to shut the fuck up whenever youre talking about girl drama bullshit that doesn't even involve with you!"
" Jaime what the fuck is wrong with you why are you being so rude to me you're always so mean."
I sighed, " mean? Im being rude and mean? Are you fucking joking Lucy hes just a fucking dog dont tell him to fucking shut up okay. I've had it with you already you're always bitching and complimenting all the fucking time Lucy! You know 24 fucking 7 all day all fucking  night, if its not one thing then its another fucking thing. You know what just leave Lucy, Im tired of this shit."
I got up and Oso followed with me to my office, i shut my door and sat in my chair. I heard my phone alarming me for my security cameras, im too fucking irritated to care if she left or not.
After a few moments of silence i took a couple of breaths before doing anything. Then i got a text from Nelson to see if I wanted to hop on Apex, without hesitation I turned on my PC and got my stream ready. I mean what can go wrong its a distraction from what im dealing with, besides Apex is better than dealing with a stuck up chick who only worries about dick all the fucking time. I sent a invitation on discord and Nelson joined in.
" YOOOO WHATS GOOD MY BOY!!" Nelson says happily.
" YOO whats good bro."
" Ohh someone sounds mad, you good there big dawg?"
" Nah bro like im about to fucking snap man ion think i can keep this shit going."
" This bout that bitch Lucy ain it?"
" As always none ain never knew."
" Talk to me man whats going on this round." After explaining Nelson everything the anger and stress slowly went away, I asked Nelson about him going to the party tomorrow for y/n because one i dont wanna keep talking about Lucy and two i really miss y/n alot ,Nelson said hes going same goes for Chris and Megan they're also bringing Ellie along, Max is also taking Sly too since Im bringing Oso along. Tomorrow is gonna be an amazing day for y/n and honestly Im so excited for her little party we're throwing for her.

Y/N POV

" So how do you feel about being 23 tomorrow?" Lani asked me. It's been a hot minute since her and I caught up but she understood why, i told her everything when i left cali and all the way down to Texas, when i first got here at home, what happened when Jaime seen me since forever, when the world felt at a stop whenever he's around me or whenever were in some physical contact, i even told her how hard I am falling for him my best friend. I thought that dating Dom was going to make all feelings go away for Jaime, it did I admit. But only for a short amount of time that I had, plus growing up with dad made me feel like my feelings didn't needed to be validated and it never matters in the end and its just all sappy pussy feelings and it makes you look weak and worth of nothing and shit. Yes its hard to adapt to a new place after being treated like absolute shit to now with respect but im trying to heal and im trying to make me a better version of myself.
" Honestly ... going to be 23 doesn't really feel much of a difference, its just another day but a number up."
" Okay wise words who??" She says teasing me.
I laughed, " girl no those are no where near wise words okay. Besides im still trying to get used to everything because y'know."
" I know babe, you got this though i know you do. It'll take alot of time but all those times are so worth it I promise you."
After a while of talking on the phone it was past midnight, it was absolutely sweet of her she was the first to always wish me a happy birthday and to sing me the song. Normally every year we would have a sleepover at her house on my birthday and get insane high. I miss getting high honestly but this being on call with an amazing friend of mines felt amazing just as well.
" Any plans for the day birthday girl?"
" Umm ... " I thought for a minute, " mom did say that we have errands to run tomorrow like grocery shop for the house, get little more Christmas decorations for the kitchen, I was also thinking of getting some small decorations too for my room. Y'know something a little different or small change before the year ends .. then ... I think mom said that we needed to go pick something up at The Domain."
" The what?"
I chuckled, " The Domain stupid ass. Its a big mall here out in Austin, i guess mom goes there alot for shopping."
" Ouuuuuu sounds fun! Since you're gonna be out and about tomorrow you should get some sleep."
I looked at the time and it was almost 2, " alrighty then, ill call you or text you when I can."
" Dont sweat it, have fun love ya!"
I smiled, " Love you too loca, see you tomorrow." I hung up the phone and got comfy in my bed. I hope I get to see Jaime today, I really do miss him alot. Mostly his hugs he gives the best hugs ever, well .. mom too but thats entirely different. The way he holds me so perfectly in his arms makes my heart wanna explode every fucking where.
I grabbed an extra pillow and hugged it thinking that its him with me cuddling, soon enough a wave of drowsiness takes over.
