*Jamie and y/n age ~ 12*
Y/n POV:

" I FUCKING TOLD YOU SHE ISN'T ANYONE TO ME ELENA! GOD YOU'RE SO FUCKING PERSISTENT ITS SO IRRITATING!" My father yelled at my mother. My dad came back home around 3 almost 4 in the morning insanely drunk and with smudged bright red lipstick all over his face.
" TOMMY STOP LYING TO ME I KNOW YOU HAD A ONE NIGHT STAND WITH SOME CHICK AT YOUR JOB!" My mom cried out, tears falling down her face and drops on her shirt. I watched my mother from the corner of the hallways getting screamed at by my father who was chugging bottles of Fireball, my heart sank and my chest grew heavy everything was starting to get blurry.

*Jamies POV*

I was playing Minecraft trying to rebuild y/n stadium whilst listening to some relaxing music. I felt bad for demolishing her creations, I've already finished my school work and studied for my exams, and then I received a call from my best friend. "Hey y/n what's going on hermosa."
" Jamie, please help me I'm scared mom and dad are fighting," she sobbed and starting to hyperventilate. As i heard glass breaking, objects falling heavy and small on to the background. " Jamie please help me can I stay at your place."
" Yes of course meet me by the park at the corner but first control your breathing or you'll have an anxiety attack and you'll black out on me."
She took deep breaths while i was walking out of the house, " Okay i'll see you in 5." She ended the call.
I basically ran to the park because i want my best friend safe where nobody can hurt her. I seen y/n walking up to the park I immediately ran to her without hesitation, i wrapped her in my arms as she sobbed in my chest. I took my hoodie off of me and gave it to her, I gave her a piggy back ride to my place i know she's tired and exhausted from the fighting. I know this is gonna take a huge toll on her but i'm willing to help her through everything and nothing isn't gonna stop me.
I took her into the house my mom was doing night shift at the hospital and dad is asleep and if he was to wonder why y/n was here i'll tell them the truth. I layed her down on my bed and covered her in my blankets while i took my gaming chair. She was already asleep and snoring away. " Goodnight hermosa, just you know im always here for you. " I smiled and reclining back into my chair.

* Y/n POV*

I wake up in a warm place, i opened my eyes to see the time 6:50AM. I looked around and knew I was in Jamies room, i slowly sat myself up and seen I was in his hoodie, I texted my mom told her i left for school early and i'll be home after school. I got up to change my clothes quickly and brushing my teeth, leaving my hair down. It didn't look bad just soft curls, i walked in the kitchen to seeing Jamie setting us bowls for cereal which i find very sweet and cute of him. Honestly I'm in love with Jamie I know were so young but he's always there for me for anything and everything no matter what it was. The way he makes me feel is something I've never felt before. Yeah i've had crushes but Jamie is something I don't want to risk for anything , gosh and the way he smiles and looks at me with his big brown beautiful eyes, his adorable, cute hair I can literally go on forever but I snapped out of my daze and decided to walk up to him and poked his back.
" Hey y/n good morning. " He smiled, gosh that cute nerdy smile I felt my cheeks grew hot.
" Good morning Jamie, thanks for letting me stay for the night."
He pours us some Honey Bunches of Oats, " you're always welcome besides you're always welcome here, you know that. We all love you very much y/n/n ."* A/N your nick name* "Thank you Jamie really I don't know what i'll do without you."
We sat down and ate our cereal with a nice comforting science. I heard the front door open knowing it's his mom coming home from her night shift as a nurse.
" Hey Jamie ready for school hon- oh y/n. Hola meja I didn't know you were stopping by this morning." She smiled at me.
" Hola Maria, sorry for the last show up I just thought I'd stop by to see Jamie." I gave a small smile.
" Meja you're always welcome here, is everything okay at home?"
I felt my heart drop and my stomach sank, " Yeah everything is okay at home I just thought that seeing Jamie this morning will be okay." I chuckled.
" Of course, well it's almost 7:30 we should get going. Cmon meja y vamos Jamie."
We went and grabbed our bags and left for school, as we arrived to school Maria asked me to sit in the car for a minute while Jamie waited for me outside. " Meja you sure you're okay? Your eyes look tired what's wrong talk to me."
My eyes started to tear up and a I told her what happened and she reached her hand to hold mines.
" Awe meja im so sorry that's going on, if you ever need anything me and Josue are here for you okay?"
* lets js pretend Josue is Jamies dads name😭 and maria ☠️*
" Thank you Maria I appreciate it so much," I smiled at her with tears on my eyes.
" Of course, now get going for school. Adiós te amo meja."
" Bye love you too!" I said as walking up to Jamie. He hugged me and comforted me before walking into school. He walked me to my history class and walked me to my seat like how he always do.
He hugged me one more time " I'll pick your third class so we can head to lunch okay hermosa?" He whispered in my ear.
I blushed hard probably more redder than a damn tomato, I nodded for a okay. He left for his class and with that school day just started.
