(Alexander is seen in a restaurant as he eats some noodles, boiled eggs, pieces of pork, and finally drinks tea.)

(After he finishes his lunch, he pays the waitress and tries to find a way to leave the Arcana Heart Universe. Suddenly he hears footsteps and a female voice.)

(He turns to see Heart Aino.)

Heart: (stern) You killed those people.

(Heart then gets in her fighting stance.)
Heart: I shall purify your heart with the power of love!
(Alexander then prepares to transform.)

(Dread pounces at Heart, who punches him backwards, making him crash into the wall.)
Heart: Heartful Punch!
(Dread evades the attack, and uses another Repli Chemy Card.)

(Dread summons his Bloody BB, and starts shooting Heart's legs, making her grunt in pain.)
Heart: Iron FIst Punch!
(Heart tries to punch Dread, who dodges and shoots her stomach, and then he kicks her lower jaw and throws her into the wall.)
Dread: That's why I hate heroes. They're pathetic, all of them!
(He walks towards her and grabs her before throwing her to the wall again.)
Heart: (gets up) I hope this touches your heart. (jumps) Special Kick of Love!
(Dread dodges her attack and kicks her legs before shooting her rapidly, causing her to fall down in the floor as she tries to get up.)
Dread: Die, you weak piece of shit!
DREAD BREAKING!
(Dread concentrates lavas from Hecate Blast, before transferring the lava to the leg manifesting spikes on it, and delivers a spinning roundhouse kick that launches Heart away as she explodes.)
Dread: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!
(Dread then sees a gate open, and goes through it before it closes.)
(At Kamen Rider Borthright's Universe, a portal opens up, and Kamen Rider Dread comes out of it. Suddenly he picks up an old newspaper, and sees the picture of Kamen Rider Birthright.)
Dread: Kamen Rider Birthright, huh? I guess I'll make him a visit.
(He chuckles as he walks away. Unbeknownst to him, an eagle titan is watching him.)
