Yn was savouring her strawberry cake as Granny and Dokyeom was watching her with amusement
It was her fifth slice of cake yet she had energy to eat more
Yn:"It's so tasty Dk"
Yes Dk. It was a new nickname which she gave him
Atleast it was better than Ajjushi
Granny sat next to her and ruffled her hairs
She spoke softly
Granny:"Can you tell us now why did you leave your house?"
Yn froze at the question but it was time to tell them
It was third day staying at their house and they had right to know as they took care of her just like a baby
She gulped the last piece of cake and started telling her story
Yn:"I'm Park Yn, daughter of Park Jaemin. One of the top CEO of Seoul. My dad and mom both work and I'm still student. I wanted to persue my dream in fashion but my dad forced me to study business. They always tell me to study so i can become successful in future. They never gave their time to me"
She said and they both listened to her attentively
Yn:"One day my dad said I'm going to marry to his friend's son and I don't even know him. My dad said he is a CEO of a company and his company is the top company in Seoul. My dad said he had already agreed to marry but I never agreed. I don't even know him. He is CEO while am still studying. So I ran away from there"
Granny:"It's okay dear, i know it's not easy but you should give that lad a chance. Just go on a date with him spend time with him and you will know what type of person he is then you can decide"
Suddenly her phone rang as she excused herself and went there
Dokyeom:"So you are already engaged"
She heard his voice and snapped her head towards him
She saw he had a straight face. His loving smile had disappeared.
Yn:"I don't like him"
Dokyeom:"But that doesn't change the fact that your engaged"
She could feel the disappointment in his voice
He gave her a sad smile
She didn't like it, not even a bit
She didn't like Dokyeom being sad
He just got up and left before she could speak something
Suddenly she felt something wet on her cheeks
She touched her cheeks with her finger and noticed it was her own tears
It was new to her
Shedding tears for somebody or getting restless because of their sadness
She knew Dokyeom was 4 years elder than her and there was a certain age gap
But yet she felt he was so close and connected to her
'What is the feeling?'
She said to herself
She made her way to her room and layed on the bed
'Ill talk to him tomorrow'
She said and slept while thinking about her day
Next day she woke up and went downstairs to find granny watching the TV
Yn:"Granny where is DK?"
Granny:"He had some work so he had gone there my dear. Come lets have breakfast"
She just nodded her head and went with granny
Usually last 3 days he was the one to wake her up and give her freshly squeezed orange juice from their farm but today he had already left
She felt a little restless in her heart but still she convinced herself that he was actually busy
