Aditi's POV

"This is the best place around",I insisted, dragging Kyra along to the Arcade.

Yeah...it was unbelievable for me.

The popular girl had so much going on behind the screens

"Is this for a special reason?",she raised her eyebrow

"If you put it like that...."

"So Rishi told you",she sighed in relief

"You won't believe how much time it took him.And how much more it took for me to believe this isn't one of his pranks"

I laughed, thinking about how he was beating around the bush for 25 minutes straight

And I was like 'You better stop kidding' as he swore on his life that he was serious

"Thank you,Aditi",she took me by surprise, hugging me

C'mon, this must be the toughest time of her life

I don't care that she didn't jump in with the confession right away

I'm just glad she feels comfortable enough to do it right now

"No thank yous.That's our deal, friend",I smiled as she nodded

We walked in,just looking around and the guys didn't arrive yet

"And how was your date with Sanjay?",Kyra questioned with grinning wide

"It was sparky.Just like I always pictured my love to be",I blushed, remembering details of our date

The fairytale I heard comes to life every time I'm around him.

He ticks it all off in the list:Butterflies,loud heartbeats,the rush in my blood

"Say it Ms.Desai is off the market soon",she teased, chuckling

"I already am",I smirked as she gasped

"Let's play.Those idiots will never be in time",I said,

We had a blast, bringing Kyra's energetic side to life.

"8 times in a row",she roared, jumping in air, celebrating her victory

She went from being shy to not caring that people stared us

"Way to go",we laughed,high fiving each other when my phone vibrated

Rishi:Had to cancel......Sorry

My face fell reading his text.I knew something was wrong

Not with Rishi but with Vivan

He has been acting weird nowadays.We don't talk like we used to do cause all he does is nod.

Me: Vivan cancelled,didn't he?

Rishi:Maybe yes...maybe no....

I knew it!!!!

What's wrong with him?

"Everything okay?",Kyra asked, holding the plushie bear she won

"Yeah,the guys bailed on us.So?Can we go home?",I asked,my mood completely ruined

I have to talk to him.He's not avoiding me forever.

And I won't let him go away from me just like that

"Sure",she replied,when the guy at the counter stared at her like he was trying to figure out something.
