What you did to me is unforgivable. You caused me so much pain, and now I can't escape the memories of you. I was just a child, and instead of being allowed to enjoy my innocence, I was forced to endure this suffering.
It's infuriating to me when people try to spin my trauma as some kind of strength-building experience.
I didn't need to be strong, I needed to be protected. I needed to be a kid.
