Then for no reason I started to giggle but it quickly turned into a snort. I look down horrified at what I just did but Lila only starts to laugh that quickly turns into snorting too. I look up and start to snort to and soon enough we're laying on the grass as our snorting turned into a fit of giggles.
"Why did we even start laughing? What were we laughing at?" Lila questioned through gasp for air.
"I have no clue. But I'm glad we did." I said smiling. Taking deep breaths to get my heart rate down.
"Why?" She asked.
"I don't know. Maybe because we have had a bad night last night and we needed this." I said looking up towards the sky.
"Yeah probably. Will h- it ever stop chasing you?" She asked.
"No, it wants me dead. I doubt it'll stop." I said sighing. Looking down and back at her.
"Then will be on the run forever." She said grabbing my hand and meeting my eyes.
"You don't happen to be talking about 'The Darkness' are you?" A voice behind us says.

_-_-_Lila's POV_-_-_
I wake up to a smell of smoke?!? I quickly sit up and look around. My gase falls down to see Lilith cooking something. I'm not sure what though. I look around to find a way down from the tree to see some branches with vines wrapped around them and the tree to hold them up.
"Don't worry it's completely safe. I used magic for it. And I asked the tree if I had permission. It said yes, but I was not going to make it painful for him. So I use magic and vines to keep up the branches." She said not looking up from whatever she was cooking.
"Alright, thank you." I say climbing down.
"What are you making?" I ask.
"Sauted berries and nuts." She says plainly.
"How did you find them? Or create a fire." I asked out loud. Shoot I wasn't supposed to say that out loud.
"Nature magic. I used it to grow some bushes and the trees dropped there nuts when I asked." She said like it was common sense.
"And the fire??" I asked hesitantly.
"Oh that, my Manifestation magic." She replied shrugging.
"Oh ok" I said not knowing what else to say.
_-_Time skip_-_
Lilith put the food on two large leaves that had just popped out of nowhere. Most likely Nature magic, I thought. Lilith handed one to me and the other one on the ground for her self. Then taking a smaller leaf and putting a few nuts and berries on it for Sperantia. After that she sits down and we start to eat.
_-_Awkward silence_-_
After a little while Lilith decided to break the silence.
"I'm sorry. I'm not a morning person at all and talking to people in the morning is hard for me." She says looking down at her food.
"That's alright, for a while I wasn't either but running a inn forces you to be one." She says smiling.
Soon after that she starts to giggles in a way that makes my heart flutter. But it quickly turnes into a snort. She looks down at her lap, I couldn't see most of her face but i could see her eyes and they were wide in embrasent. So I did what any normal person would do and started to laugh and then snorting. I have never been able to keep a nice laugh for long it turns into snorting too. She shoots her head up to look at me and then smiles and starts to snort along with me. In just a few minutes we are both rolling in the grass giggleing.
"Why did we even start laughing? What were we laughing at?" I questioned through gasp for air.
"I have no clue. But I'm glad we did." Lilith said smiling taking a deep breath as she did.
