Love, Muse, sing to me of their love! Sing, through your mother, the tales of the two - one born high the other low, challenges faced, sorrows wept, adventurous lives; their threads craftily woven and frayed by the meddling fingers of the deathless, of which they did not know. How adolescent borne friendship bound them to the mast of an unbending devotion and of prophecies heard and unwisely ignored. Sing now, O Muse, of Akakios, son of Miltiadis and Chrysanthos', son of Aris.

And let us listen.
