The only thing really planned for it that wasn't determined from time and votes was TopHat dying
TopHat was gonna be alone in the woods taking some time alone when someone comes up and kills him and makes it so he can't be recovered and his cause of death to be a mystery which would lead to a back flash of Dollar Coin meeting him as kids and becoming friends but since I didn't get at least 5 votes and the book is either a year or less old I decided to cancel it if I do get the required votes while canceled though maybe I'll bring it back
