Nia decided to take a few days off of work. She felt like she really needed some time and she needed to get her mind back right for herself and her baby. She wasn't ready to go back like this and she couldn't go back with such a mental strain on herself because she wouldn't be the best she could be for her students.

Caine stood by her in her decision of course. He also decided he'd be with her on her time off because Nia might not have expressed it but she truly needed him right now.

She hadn't once not been by his side since the incident three days ago and if he was to go somewhere in the house without her she would immediately make sure he was back to her as soon as possible.

"What would you like to do today?" Caine asked Nia who was lying on their bed wrapped up in her pink blanket. The girl hadn't put the blanket down.

"Nothing." Nia shrugged, snuggling her head into the pillow.

"How about we go to a spa hm?"

Nia didn't even respond, she just shook her head no.

Caine sighed, going over to her on the bed and moving her hair out of her face. Her hair had grown so much it was crazy, it was down just above her ass. She was supposed to be going to get it cut a few days ago but that also got messed up.

"How about we go get your hair cut then? I know it's been bothering you" Caine purposely rubbed her hair into her back, making it tickle her and she literally hated that, that's why she wanted it cut.

"Ouuu bae stop" she pushed his hand off her hair and turned to face him.

Nia looked up at her husband who gave her a look, telling her that he was expecting a response.

"We can go get my hair cut."

Caine smiled at Nia's answer, happy that she was picking something.

He leaned down and wrapped his big arms around her small body, pulling her body up slightly from the bed and more into him.

Nia smiled a small smile, her head going into her husband's next and breathing him in as he did the same to her.

"I love you. You know that right?"

"I know baby." She said back to him.

Caine kissed her neck multiple times and closed his eyes, squeezing her in one last time before letting her body go back down to the bed.

"Come on get ready." Caine slapped her ass check turning away from her body and heading downstairs so he could make her some lunch to eat before she got her hair done.

Nia got out the bed, making her way to the vanity in their room. She pulled her hair up into a ponytail and immediately put on a skin care headband to push it back further out her face.

"My husband was right...this gotta go." She said as she ran her hand through her strands of hair then stood up to go to the bathroom.

Nia did her skin care in the bathroom then came out and did the rest at the vanity.

Once she was done she went to the closet and put on a Nike tech sweat suit, her and Caine both having matching ones but he didn't have his on today.

She put on some jewelry and then she made sure to rub some balm onto her belly then zipped her hoodie up.

Nia didn't look pregnant at all as she made her way down the steps.

Caine had already made her some fries and mozzarella sticks to eat before they left.

"You look good." Caine said, coming over and lifting her chin, kissing the pout off his wife's face.

"Thank you baby." She went and sat down at the counter, crossing her legs and lifting one of the sticks to her mouth.
