Script 15: Take another shot

"You should go..." were the only words Yunjin managed to mutter out and Chaewon nodded, turning and leaving Yunjin wordlessly.

Yunjin thinks it's stupid to fall for someone deeply even when you discover how much they hated you.

She sighs, defeated. Now she doesn't know what to do next...

Everyone in the campfire had slowly gotten bored with playing the drinking game. They ran out of stupid questions to ask each other and decided that it was enough for the night.

They had taken away the alcohol now and decided to just tell each other stories, whether it be a scary one or a funny one so that they don't have to end the night a bit too early.

None of them were drunk anymore anyway, some of them had already sobered up during everyone's storytelling.

"Has anyone seen Yunjin?" It was Minjeong who suddenly asked in the middle of the conversation. She had noticed Yunjin's lack of presence and lack of loudness throughout the night.

Everyone turned and looked around to look for Yunjin but obviously, she wasn't there.

"Oh wait, she left earlier. She said something about getting some fresh air and she never came back." Sieun spoke up, and everyone thought it was weird that Yunjin hadn't come back.

"Chaewon isn't here, either." Sunghoon added and it piqued everyone's interest.

"What? Since when did she leave?" Jimin looked around as if she'd be able to see Chaewon when Sunghoon had already said that she wasn't there.

"She went after Yunjin unnie." Eunchae suddenly spoke up, capturing everyone's attention.

They all looked at her with a surprised look. Some, looking confused.

Because why would Kim Chaewon go after Huh Yunjin? She hated her, that would be too hard to believe.

"Did- did you see them?" Ryujin leaned forward while asking, still having a hard time wrapping her head around the idea and Eunchae only nodded her head.

The younger girl didn't even say anything else to convince them, which made it more convincing considering the fact that Eunchae was never too serious about a lot of things. She was young after all, she had the ability to turn everything into a joke.

But right now, she looked dead serious beside Kyujin who kept her mouth shut.

Silence enveloped their group as they thought about what would have already happened with Chaewon and Yunjin together. Alone.

For all they know they're already arguing and are close to killing each other.

But they all know that Yunjin knows how to deal with Chaewon. Which is why even her friends aren't too worried.

Kazuha was the only one overthinking. Maybe they were fighting again... maybe the question that was thrown at her earlier could have triggered something within Yunjin.

She couldn't be too sure...

But she stays there. Where her friends are. Where Sakura is. She tries her best not to show everyone her discomfort and keeps quiet.

"You know, I'm really curious about those two..." Soobin mumbles and every one of his theater friends all turn and share a look.

They somehow knew and could somehow feel what Soobin was about to talk about.

"I think it's time for everyone to fill me in on what happened. They're not here anyway," He said with an innocent expression and a shrug.

Sakura shared a look with Wonyoung. The younger girl bit her lower lip as she thought about it.

Will they really talk about Yunjin and Chaewon while they're not around? Well, it's not like they're backstabbing the two.

They were just going to tell Soobin about what happened between them in the past. No harm would be done...

Besides, almost all of the academy knew. It's not like Yunjin and Chaewon were keeping it a secret.

So Sunghoon, Sakura, and Wonyoung have to decide what happens.

Sunghoon looks at everyone before sighing, taking it upon himself to speak up for his friends.

"Alright, Soobin. You've waited long enough, we can tell you everything you want to know."

"From start to finish," Wonyoung added and they prepare to tell the story of how Chaewon and Yunjin's relationship came to be.

This would also be the first time Eunchae would hear it from Chaewon's friends' perspective. So she was also interested.

The same goes with Yunjin's friends.

And maybe by telling the story again... maybe they'll be able to help the two with whatever was going on between them.
