The Raven method is one of the most popular shifting methods out there. Here's a step by step:

1. Be on the verge of falling asleep - I'd call this state the SATS or even the hypnogogia state, it is a state that is similar to sleep. When your body is asleep, but YOU are still awake. 

2. Get into a comfortable position - You can be in whatever position you like, you do not need to be in starfish position, your limbs can touch - it doesn't matter.

3. Play Shifting Subliminal, Meditation, Music, etc - You can listen to shifting subliminals and meditations that literally guide you on YouTube (here's mine: https://youtu.be/95_dBg9Vlqo). You can also listen to music that reminds you of shifting and of your DR.

4. Close your eyes - You don't necessarily need to close your eyes, if you want to keep them open you can.

5. Count to 100 while saying Shifting Affirmations - You can count and say shifting affirmations out loud or in your head. It can sound like this: "One, I am in my desired reality. Two, I am shifting right now..."

Once you've reached to 100, you can fall asleep and you will wake up in your dr.
