A shifting method is basically a step by step that someone made to shift realities. There exists A LOT of methods out there! But, you don't even need to use a method, or you can even create your own! It all depends on what works for you!

If you are a baby shifter, I recommend trying out all different types of methods! This way, you can see what techniques work for you, and what don't! Then, you can create your own method! 💫


There are two different types of methods: Sleep Methods and Awake Methods

Sleep Methods: When you fall asleep after intending to shift and wake up in your dr. I've heard people say that they didn't even notice that they were in their DR until they opened their eyes, because they didn't get shifting symptoms. For an example, I'd say the Raven Method is a sleep method.

Awake Methods: This is my favourite out of the two. This is when you are awake and aware the entire time you are shifting. This one is for the shifters who experience shifting symptoms! Instead of falling asleep and simply waking up in your DR (I know, it sounds sweet!) you are actively trying and intending to shift. For example, I'd say the void state method is an awake method.
