It looks like it's a Overlord meeting and they're talking about stopping Extermination. If you noticed, Rosie and Alastor attended the meeting. I was actually surprised because I remembered Alastor saying something about demons deserving this punishment. He actually cares about Extermination.
And if you noticed, Velvette is there, but Valentino and Vox aren't. So Velvette actually cares about the Extermination like she does with her social media things.
I'm guessing Vox isn't there because if he and Alastor are in the same room... It's not going to be pretty...
