Hyunjin's POV

I arrived at the cafe and saw Chaerin inside. She is wearing her casual clothes which shocked me as if she doesn't have a plan on attending our classes today.

"Chaerin." I greeted and smiled

"Hey, I already ordered coffee. It seems the like they already know what your usual order is. I just told them your name." Chaerin said

I reserved a table in this cafe because a lot of people come by here and study. It's near our University and other students' apartments.

"Thank you."

"I'm sorry if I changed the time. I just happen to do something later and it was so unexpected." she said and pouted

"It's okay." I smiled at her

We were supposed to meet later after class but she texted me at 6 in the morning. She said that she has something important to do after class and she can't make it. So we moved it before our class.

"Are you not going to attend our class?"

"Ah. I will. It's just... I can change quickly before attending class." Chaerin said

That confused me.

"Ah. The Queen suddenly suggested that I temporarily stay with Felix in his apartment. I am his person assistant now and he always stay at the apartment-" Chaerin

"Are you okay with that?"

"I think so? I mean it doesn't mean anything at all." she answered

"Ah."

But that's not really okay.

"You said you wanted to visit a new cafe. This doesn't look new-" Chaerin

"I mean I wanted you to visit this cafe and be familiar. You will be needing this when you wanted a place to study at."

Chaerin nodded and seem to agree with me.

"I wanted to get to know you. Is it okay to ask questions?"

"Sure. I love that." she smiled

"You were living in an orphanage, right?"

She nodded.

"I'm sorry if I am too insensitive but have you met your family?"

"I didn't. I don't know who they are, where they live, or anything. I have heard a lot of rumors about my parents from the people in the orphanage. They are dead from a car accident, they abandoned me, my parents are not even from here, and the weirdest rumor is that I am an angel." Chaerin

"An angel?"

"Yes." she answered and she seem so done about it

"Have you tried finding them?"

"No, why would I? I was found at the doorstep of the orphanage. It looks like they abandoned me. Why find them?" she said

"Ah. Right."

"How about you?" Chaerin

"What about me?"

"Are you living with your parents?" she asked

"Supposedly, but they are too busy. They are running our family's business in another country. I haven't seen them for a year now. We don't even have time to facetime one another."

"So, basically, you are living alone?" Chaerin

"Yes. We have the same situation."

"No, we're not. You parents didn't abandoned you-" Chaerin

"Why? Did your parents abandoned you? We don't know for now. I mean maybe you were taken away, or they lost you. Who knows?"

She nodded, "Might be. I don't know anymore."

"Do you know that other than Felix's family, there is another royal family in the Korea?"

"That's impossible. We only have one royal family that handle this country." Chaerin

"Chae, there are multiple royal families living in this country from different clans."

Chaerin shrugged her shoulder, "That's so random."

Felix entered the cafe and ordered. I guess he didn't notice me and Chaerin here.

"Prince Felix." I called

He looked at us and he seems confused why me and Chaerin are together. Felix took his coffee and sat with us.

"Yah. Aren't you going to help with cleaning?" Felix asked Chaerin

Chaerin faked a smile, "I will, your highness. Just having coffee with Hyunjin."

"Ah, in case you didn't know. Chaerin and I are living together- I mean she's gonna stay in the extra room in my apartment." Felix said

I chuckled and nodded, "I already knew that. Chaerin told me."

Felix rolled his eyes.

He seems annoyed to find me having a coffee with Chaerin. I think I like this kind of vibe. He is jealous of me.

"Yah. Are you really going to enjoy your coffee and take your time here?" Felix asked Chaerin

Chaerin took her hands off of the cup of coffee and bowed at Felix, "I'm gonna go first, your highness. Drink your coffee and take your time." she said and left the coffee shop

Felix sighed and rolled his eyes, "I'll see you later."

I nodded and watched him follow Chaerin. As I saw them finally entered the building, a man sat with me and bowed.

"That's her cup."

"Thank you for helping." he said and took the Chaerin's cup where she drank her coffee; he put it inside a plastic with a seal without holding the part where they will get her DNA, "I will be going. I will make sure to tell them about what you did-"

"Sujin."

"Is there anything I can help you with?" he asked

"Can you also send me the result? I want to know about it as soon as possible."

He gave me a nod-

"Hyunjin- Oh. Hello." Chaerin unexpected showed up

"Chaerin, why are you here?"

"Ah, I forgot my phone." she said and took it

She didn't see the cup because Sujin was already hiding it.

"This is Moon Sujin, he will be transferring to our University."

"Hi, I'm Ahn Chaerin." she introduced herself and reached out her hand for a handshake

But Sujin didn't take it and bowed 45 degree which confused Chaerin.

"He is always like that." I said as an excuse

Fuck. We almost got caught.
