She was uncomfortably scratching her arm and he would see her arm growing redder and redder by the second. Yunjin's eyes would wander everywhere but look at Chaewon. Her palms would sweat and she'd wipe it on her pants over and over. It was so obvious, that Sunghoon felt so bad for her.

He wanted to at least comfort her, tell her she'll do just fine but he bit his tongue and stayed where he was. Maybe he'll make things worse if he spoke so he kept his mouth shut. He was so sure that Yunjin would make a mistake onstage when they started rehearsing again.

But-

"But when they met in the middle and started dancing, it was so perfect," Sieun says as if she was seeing both Yunjin and Chaewon performing onstage once again.

They didn't fit each other like puzzle pieces, instead, Yunjin and Chaewon were like two silk clothes, flowing against one another, following each other's movements. Having creases here and there but still looks so elegant and perfect.

Their performance had left Sieun in awe that she wanted to see them perform again. She wanted to be a part of the crowd again just so she'd watch the two perform.

"It was. I watched the recording over and over." Sunghoon smiles, leaning back against his seat as the other members onstage start to disappear one by one.

"I think choosing Yunjin might be the best decision we've ever made." Soobin comments and the other two immediately nod their heads.

"I told you the plan would work," Sunghoon whispers, and Soobin smirks hearing him. Sieun let out an airy laugh and playfully elbowed Sunghoon's arm that was resting on the armrest.

"Should have listened to you sooner, then." Sieun takes her megaphone and starts calling out to the members as the rehearsals start back up. Sunghoon stands up along with Soobin and they disappear backstage.

The theater club holds a meeting after a few days of rehearsals. A meeting that Chaewon missed.

When the hell did the theater club even hold meetings? Without a heads up at that! If they were going to have a meeting, an announcement would have been sent to their group chat beforehand.

But there was nothing and that wasn't Chaewon's fault at all. It wasn't her fault that she had to finish one last exam before going straight to the club room.

If they had sent an announcement before, Chaewon would have told them she'd be late and maybe they could push back the time for the meeting so that she'd be able to attend.

Chaewon only found out when Wonyoung sent her a quick text saying, "You missed the meeting, stupid."

And she immediately responded with "What meeting?"

Wonyoung leaves her on read when she sends that.

That punk.

The short-haired girl had no other choice but to look for Sieun.

Problem was, that she wasn't responding to any of Chaewon's texts. She doesn't know where she'd even start looking for her.

She huffs as she starts to head towards the auditorium first, thinking if the meeting is now done, they would have probably transferred to the auditorium by then.

She crosses her fingers as she walks and hopes that she finds Sieun in the auditorium.

She wonders if Wonyoung was just fucking with her. The younger girl tends to do that just to have fun occasionally, but if she was truly just fooling around, she picked the wrong day to do it.
