But not right now.
She sighs and her three friends stare at her, waiting for her next words. "I can't do that." She repeats.
"How so?" Wonyoung asks after sharing a look with both Sakura and Sunghoon.
"I just-" Chaewon shrugged, "I don't want to make Sieun stressed even more. If I told her to replace Yunjin, I'd have to hear all of you whining about the three boys again." She says with a chuckle.
And that was true. They always whine about them, not like Chaewon didn't do the same. They just had their own priorities, unlike the others in the theater club. They had basketball going on. Well, Sunghoon and Wonyoung are a part of the broadcasting club as well and they're doing just fine but Chaewon's not in the right to judge people for not being able to juggle two different responsibilities at once.
"Let her take Jaeyun's spot. I should just focus on my own role."
Her friends would be lying if they said they weren't surprised by Chaewon's behavior. Normally, she'd be mad about it but she's calm now, and not a single bad word about Huh Yunjin has left her mouth.
"So you're perfectly okay with Yunjin being your partner?" Sunghoon asks and Chaewon hesitates to answer.
Everything about all of this still slightly bothers her, but what can she do? When she dragged Yunjin out in the hallway to confront her and Yunjin slightly swayed her with such genuine words, how can she keep being rude to her?
Maybe it was the way Yunjin sounded honest, how Yunjin made herself transparent for Chaewon to perfectly see through her. But her words then were just and Chaewon can't see any fault behind them.
It's almost as if Yunjin wasn't capable of saying the bad things that left her mouth to Chaewon a year ago. And just by that memory alone, it's obvious that Chaewon wouldn't be able to say yes to Sunghoon's question right away.
"That's still up for debate."

"Asshole! Why would you publish that damn newspaper?!"
Jimin gets a harsh slap on the shoulder from Chaewon as she complains. The taller girl laughed as she rubbed the spot on her shoulder that Chaewon slapped.
"It was well written, right?" Jimin teased and Chaewon immediately scoffed, "I didn't read it."
"Are you serious? We worked hard on that! Are you one of those people who'd only look at the pictures and not read any of the words? Those are the worst kind."
Jimin was never going to take her seriously. Obviously, all of this was made to tease Chaewon and possibly get under her skin. And they did an amazing job at it, Chaewon might as well clap for them for succeeding to get on her nerves.
"Jayoon and Yizhuo did an amazing job writing that one section! You should read it before you complain to me!"
Of course, it would be Shim Jayoon and Ning Yizhuo. She thought it would have been Kim Sunoo but that boy might just say something too controversial for the school newspaper that they may get in trouble.
Simply put, he knows too much. If you want to catch up with all the issues and rumors around campus, he's your guy.
Chaewon even thinks he should be banned from being a part of the Journalism club.
"God, you're so fucking annoying. Ever since you started dating Minjeong you've become more insufferable." Chaewon groans and Jimin laughs, slightly amused.
"Hey, don't bring my girlfriend into this." She warns playfully.
"Your girlfriend is friends with Huh Yunjin, she's on thin ice," Chaewon says with a sharp look towards Jimin.
