People have been
Manipulated, overlooked and damaged
Don't worry, it's not the end
The one that caused you the pain
Doesn't define your worth or life
Don't worry their darkness will fade as nights turn into days
Hurting yourself won't end this misery
This is not how pain flees
You should know you are loved
Remember dear soul you are seen
In your beauty, strength and all that you have been
You are cherished, beautiful and a radiant light
Spread your wings, let love guide you
