She just was not sure if the two girls believed it, though. Oh, well. Chaewon can explain it to them.

"Since when did you even audition??" Ryujin asked while they were inside the gymnasium. Yunjin left the theater club quickly to attend her basketball practice; she didn't even see Eunchae before she left.
But she knows that her cousin probably already knew about her finally taking Jaeyun's role in the play.
"Just yesterday. I went over and visited the org room, I talked to Sieun there with Sunghoon." Yunjin tells them casually as if she didn't just easily walk into the org room and tell the theater club's president that she wanted the role.
Sieun practically handed it over to her as soon as she said that she could help with filling in some empty sports. Sunghoon was waiting for her to say it then before he exploded with joy.
"And they just let you have it just like that?" Yujin asks this time with a frown on her face. She was confused but at the same time, not really as she knew that the theater club wanted Yunjin the very first time.
Yunjin responded with a hum. Ryujin chuckles and pats her shoulder, "The privilege of being Huh Yunjin, really."
The taller girl smiled before huffing. She thinks if she was someone else, Sieun would have never given her that role that easily. If she was someone and not Huh Yunjin, she would have also gone through an audition.
But she does find it strange how quickly Sieun would agree. Sure, she may have been the very first option for Jaeyun's temporary replacement but if they were to accept Yunjin that easily, they would have done the same with Heeseung and Jongseong because they were already club members.
Yeonjun wouldn't count. He's not a part of the club after all so he had to audition nonetheless.
"Congratulations! Does this mean you'll spend less time with us and the team?" Kazuha now asks as she puts an arm on Yunjin's shoulder, leaning against her as she did.
"Not really? There would just be times that I won't be able to practice with all of you."
Minjeong eyes her on the side and stares at her for a bit, "Does the coach know?"
They all turn towards their coach who is currently busy speaking with the men's basketball coach on the other side of the court. They seemed to be talking about something funny as they were laughing while the players for the men's basketball all looked like they were just waiting for the drills to start.
Yunjin met eyes with Yeonjun who quickly flashed her a wide toothy grin. Yunjin only slightly nods his way to acknowledge him, she knows he'll end up on their side of the court later on to talk to her anyway.
While Yunjin casually nods toward Yeonjun as an act of acknowledging his existence, she does her best to avoid both Heeseung and Jongseong's gazes. She doesn't know why she's avoiding them, she just feels like she should with the fact that she just singlehandedly stole their possible roles in the play.
She doubts they'd actually hate her for it, though. It was just in her nature to act like this.
"I guess? She has to have known by now, right?" Yunjin sounded unsure, she didn't give their coach a heads-up when she did whatever she did yesterday. She did it on impulse that she forgot that she actually had to remind some people beforehand.
She prays that their coach isn't mad about it.
"I'll take care of her for you." Yujin confidently says as she pats Yunjin's back. Yujin, being their captain has a lot of advantages as well. It's times like these that Yunjin actually appreciates having Yujin as their captain... most of the time, she's a pain in the ass for making them do a lot of things for their drills.
