She remembers their "argument" inside the library and she reminds herself that Sieun is stressed enough, she should at least be a little nicer to Yunjin.

"Is this about me suddenly being a part of the club again?"

"Yes. Wow, thanks for being self-aware-"

"Hey, if you pulled me out here just to argue with me, I'm leaving. I don't want to make things worse than it already is." Yunjin cut her off and it infuriated Chaewon how she has the guts to even say that to her face.

"You just made things worse by taking Jaeyun's damn role!"

"That's enough. I'm leaving." Yunjin starts walking away from her but Chaewon grips the collar of Yunjin's shirt, keeping her in place.

"Alright, listen to me. What is your problem exactly? What do you want? Why are you here? I thought I made myself clear when we talked in the parking lot?"

Yunjin huffs, rolling her eyes, "I don't have a problem, you do. And the only reason why I took the role was for Eunchae."

Chaewon's expression softens at the mention of the younger girl's name. Yunjin notices but doesn't say a word about it.

She releases Yunjin's collar and the taller girl straightens her clothes. "Why would you take the role just for Eunchae? Is something the matter?"

"I'm not in the right place to tell you but..." Yunjin trails off as she looks at the floor before looking back up at Chaewon with slight hesitation.

"Listen," Yunjin isn't sure what to call Chaewon but she decides not to call her in the end. "I'll do my best with Jaeyun's role. I promise I won't cause you or the club any trouble. I'll keep to myself. I'll only be there if I'm needed and I leave immediately when I'm not."

Chaewon squinted her eyes at her, a bit skeptical of what the girl was telling her.

"Look, I know how much all of this means to you. Though, I may not know the extent of it but I..." Yunjin sighs, letting all of her guard down to show how genuine she is.

"I know. You may say that I ruin everything for you and sure, maybe but not a theater performance. I won't ruin this for you, I promise."

Chaewon hears the sincerity in Yunjin's voice and she sighs deeply, "Of course, you won't be doing any of this without anything in return."

"All I ask of you is to give me a chance."

The smaller girl was slightly taken aback by what Yunjin said but she remained silent and still. She refused to say anything for a few seconds before finally opening her mouth to speak.

"Just don't get in my way." She didn't even wait for Yunjin to respond, she just quickly turned away and entered the clubroom without saying anything else.

Yunjin stood there outside on her own as she let everything slowly sink into her head.

Chaewon may not have said yes to her directly but her response to her asking for a chance was enough to make Yunjin smile. At least she didn't say no.

That only meant she wouldn't be driven out of the club by Chaewon any time soon.

She was glad she talked to Chaewon. Even if the girl did kind of look like she wanted to start a fight with Yunjin first before even talking to her calmly like a normal person.

When she came in later, the other members looked worried. They must have thought something bad happened between her and Chaewon when they went out.

Wonyoung even shot her a worried look while Sakura was literally conversing with her using her eyes. Yunjin had to throw two thumbs up and a big toothy smile their way to assure them that she was fine.
