Team Skull got their butts whipped! Ash And Pikachu didnt even have to try.

Running with their tails between their legs, the warned, "Just wait 'til Boss hears 'bout this. You won't be so cocky next time!"

The entire class was amazed. No one had dared to challenge Team Skull. Not because they're afraid of the grunts, oh no. They weak af. They're afraid of the leader. But Ash doesn't know him, so he does not care.

"I'm sorry, where were we?" asked Ash, like literally nothing happened.

"Uh-um, we were introducing ourselves," fumbled the man, still trying to comprehend what happened.

"Right, so what're your guys' names?"

"I'm Mallow, and my partner is Bounsweet," she released a little fruit Pokémon from her ball.

"I'm Lana, this is Popplio," she said as she motioned to the little seal Pokémon by her legs.

"I'm Sophocles and this is Togedemaru," he showed the round Pokémon in his arms.

"I'm Lillie, but I don't have a Pokémon."

"Why not?"

"Well, I can't really touch them."

"So you're afraid of them?" he asked.

"No! I just can't touch them. That's all."

"Oh, no worries that's fine, don't rush. I still can't put my hand in a puppet," he confessed. He shivered thinking about them.

"What's you name?" Ash asked this really muscular, kind of intimidating guy.

"Kiawe." He released two Pokémon, one he knew very well, a Charizard, and a giant fire turtle.

"This is Charizard and Turtnator."

They were huge! Ash stared in awe at the Pokémon. He was going to have a lot of fun with these kids.

School was over and Ash and the man were walking to the plaza where Delia said to meet.

"So..uh, I never really got your name, sir," he stated.

"I'm so sorry! I was too caught up in getting to school on time that I didn't even tell you my name! I-I'm Kukui."

"It's all good," he reassured.

"So do you know where you're going to stay for the year?"

He knew he was forgetting something! He's so screwed.

"Oh. My. Days. I am so stupid! I totally forgot."

"It's okay, you can stay at my place. Your stuff is already there."

"Oh my Gosh, I'm sorry!"

He chuckled at the boy's forgetfulness, it reminded Kukui of himself.

"Hi, Satoshi," called Delia.

"Hey, Mom. This is Kukui, I'll be staying with him for the rest of the year."

"What?! Rest of the year? We came here for a vacation." She was confused why her son was staying almost a year in Melemele!

"Okay...so heres the thing: Kukui hired me to be a Teaching Assistant at a school here on Melemele."

Delia was furious that she wasn't consulted on this, but seeing how her son is, so jumpy, so happy. Like before, so maybe him staying isn't so bad. But no way does she trust Kukui! Just hiring him out of nothingness, but living in a hotel is too expensive. But she will be keeping an eye on him, even though she will be in Kanto.

"Okay, er.. I booked us a table at this restaurant, it's table 19. I'll catch up," she told in a soft voice.

"Okay, listen here," she said in an aggressive voice. She had a mood swing(lol).

"I do not approve of this, and I don't know why I wasn't apart of that conversation. But, he seemed really happy today."

"Isn't he always?" he asked a little confused.

"No, not since he got back from his previous journey in Kalos. He has been very depressed, and not eating properly. Just look out for that. But take note of this: if there's one slip up, he gets one scratch, if he so unhappy here because of  you, I will take him home and I will beat you to a pulp. Am I understood?"

Delia can be a gentle, caring soul. But she can be a demon lady when it came to her son's health and safety.

To be honest, Kukui was a little intimidated, and by a little, I mean very. But he was able to croak out, "Understood Ms. Ketchum."

"Good, have a good evening," she said in a monotone voice.

-

The restaurant was very nice, live performances, delicious food and amazing lights. Delia was enjoying it very much, but Ash wasn't focusing on anything. He wasn't eating his food, he even ordered cheese with it! But he was just playing and picking with it.

"Ash, honey. Are you okay?" He shot his head up, his mother's voice snapped him out of his thoughts.

"Huh? Oh, yeah. I'm okay," he stated simply.

"Are you sure? You seem really distracted."

He placed his hand over hers in reassurance and comfort.

"I'm okay."

"Okay, but eat something, and not just the cheese!" she scolded.

He laughed at his mother. A real one.

"Okay, Mom."

Okay hiii, did u enjoy the chapter? But I need to talk to u guys. I saw how many views My Father got, 1,16k views!!! Thank u so much😍😍😍 But my other stories, they get less views and a little unpopular. Is it bc its more comedic? BC My Father is more serious, but my writing style is more comedic. U guys tell me if I should keep my writing style the same, or if I should make it more serious. I just want to satisfy u guys. Also I will be making another art story where I combine Ash with different characters at random. Anyways, have a wonderful New Year😘
